Olive Rest House Road - By Embassy Group - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

The hotel is located right in the central of Brigade Road which is very convenient and easy to get around. Both of my stays have been amazing at Olive. The rooms are neat and tidy, fully stocked and organized. All of the staff are very helpful and attentive to your needs. I'd like to give a special shout-out to day staff (male middle age) always has a bright smile short hair cut I couldn't get his name, he was so kind and provided exceptional customer service and care and also shoutout to Salang (night staff) for welcoming and helping us out during our super late check-in timing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pathetic!! Please avoid ! Rooms are pretty old didn't feel hygiene! If you request for a Colgate tooth paste also they will not be able to provide you!!! For family stay not recommended coz in the reception area itself you will find people will be drinking liquor !!

Rooms are decent. The bathroom is little small. Also you'll have cigarette smell in the corridor. In about the hotel section it is mentioned breakfast is FREE but breakfast is NOT FREE.

Great location, that is the only good part. Room was dirty and dusty, I don't expect the best of the best for the price we are paying, all I ask for is cleanliness and that was not provided, my friend had a dirty pillow case and the room had a layer of dust and grime. Never again.

I booked a room in this hotel because of its proximity to prime locations. However, it did never fail to disappoint me in every way. I got there in my car only to know that the parking in the basement is full and I had to park outside in the street safely beside a board that said tow-away-zone. Thanks to the inefficiency of law-enforcement, my car was not towed away. The place is small, barely visible from outside, but feels well polished. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was perfect. The room looks decent, but if you look closer, it is a collection of imperfections. There were a couple of tea bags, coffee powders and stuffs, but no kettle. I called the reception for a kettle and, you guessed it, I never got it! BTW, there is no intercom, nor there is any TV subscription in your room, all you get is an Amazon Firestick. The bathroom is okay, but there is no water heater letting you enjoy an unadulterated and unfiltered showering experience. I would not recommend the

Coming from an airline industry. Where my next plans are unpredictable. This hotel is always a go to place for my run away vacation to bengaluru. The staffs are really understanding and accommodating. When ever I had any requests they were swift in providing it for me. The rooms are spacious and clean, washrooms are big enough, ambient atmosphere and all facilities are close by. In the main MG road area. Safe atmosphere. I would like to thank Mrs Sowmya, Mr. Jogesh and Mr. Khadir for their excellent customer service and also the restaurant and cleaning staffs. A immense thanks to the property managers for accommodating all my requests during my stay.

We stayed here for a day. This property is located in the middle of the city. Food places, bars, Pubs, and shopping centers are around this place. The room we got is an ok one. The staff is very pleasant and cooperative. Metro stations and parks are nearby. They have a restaurant and a bar attached to this property.
