Olive Residency - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

I and my friends had planned a tour of Mysore. I got to know Olive Residency through one of my cousin. So we stayed there for 2 days and explored as much as possible in Mysore. What made me so happy was the hospitality, guide and room facilities provided by Olive Residency.The manager and staff there were very polite and welcomed us with a smile. Really a good positive experience and made us very happy. Definitely a good atmosphere to stay with family and friends.They gave us everything we needed and sent us away with respect. It has superb rooms and the staff has an awesome experience....pls book if you are planning to visit Mysore.. reasonable price per day rate and timings can also be adjustable for check in and check out. Thanks

The rooms are very clean and hygienic. Maintaining the room very well. Room service is also available here. Per day per room

The room is not clean, the bathroom is old, the bedsheet has not been changed, it is not worth single room 1700 rupees rent and the water taps are old, made me very unhappy overall

I had a very good experience with EMT, but everything has gone down the drain with this 3rd graded Olive residency lodge of Mysore. I had also called customer care of EMT on 12th Aug itself, the great Mr Jahir Abbas of great EMT gave assurance to resolve with back end within 30 mins and there was no resolution either from back end or front f end. We have a 1 year old baby who was crying relentlessly due to heat and AC was not working, and I had highlighted with Mr Jahir, who said will get back within 30 mins after checking with back f end. But that cold blooded guy did not even have the courtesy to get back. Staff at olive residency are third graded mc money looters. Let me highlight all the issues faced by us and how EMT too looted us: 1. We had booked AC room but AC in our room was not working at all. We even asked for refund, but they straight away denied and told to do what you want. 2. Room was filled with big ants and mosquitos. 3. No bath towel. 4. No TV. 5. We had booked with breakfast option, for which they told to go to some third graded hotel for breakfast. At first, when we enquired about breakfast, hotel staffs response - "You did not ask us before becoming. You booked through EMT, so go and ask them". Even an illiterate person knows how to speak but not these third graded mc. 6. Room was not clean, the bedsheets and blankets had holes and dirt stains. For the holes part, the staff at hotels response was - It got holes because of too much washing. Is this the way to speak, this shows their third graded mentality. Does these third graded people wear dresses with holes? 7. EMT also looks suspicious in all these as there was no resolution at all. Putting fake photos of hotels in their website (for example, EMT has put photo with chairs and tables of hotel. There I no such place in the lodge at all. By looking at that picture, anyone will get impression that it is breakfast area). 8. Putting fake 5 star and 4 star reviews on EMT. Just look at google reviews were genuine ratings were poor. We vacated the hotel the very next day. We lost 1 days rent that was paid in addition with above mentioned stress. We did not get any refund from the hotel for the services that was not provided to us. Because of such pathetic service we had to vacate immediately the next day. It was our hard earned money. You guys may sustain in short run by eating money of hard earned persons but ultimately everything will go down the drain. Hope all the people involved in this rot in hell because the way our baby was crying, really melted our heart. Hope what the baby had to go through comes back to all of the people involved in this scam one way or the other.

Rooms are good and well maintained, just some minor problems are there which we can adjust for 1 or 2 days

The worst hotel in mysore built only to loot your money The room walls were dirty with some stains which looked like blood they didnt accept online booking and asked dor extra money on arrival these cheap mentality people trying to loot people

Little away from city but if you have bike rented then this place is best of best. Well maintained room and bathroom. Services are also decent.
