Horrible experience. The tap was not working in washrooms, the beds had bed bugs in them, the fan's regulator was defective. On top of that, the staff is extremely rude and didn't even want to listen to our problems. Just a nightmarish place, not suitable for anyone.

Rooms are neat and clean but wall pant are very rough, So many scratches and natural design in the wall, I think re-paint wall also, after that room are looking good, Staff ar manger are good and helpful person for Guest.

I went for an office meeting so i booked a room for 1 day. They charged 1400 Rs for the room. I asked the person at the reception is it an AC or non AC room. He said it is AC. After i paid the amount I got the key and went to the room. Once i stepped in found the AC not fully functional and the fan is not working. I asked for a room change and the person who showed the room said that the AC is working fine and the room will get chill in 20 mins. After a long conversation i spoke to the manger and he came up check the AC and fan. Then he said he will arrange another room. In that room also AC is not fully functional however fan was working so somehow I managed. I will not recommend this residency to anyone...

Room condition is not even good... Wifi and TV are not working. No room maintenance available. Washrooms are too bad.

The only factor that can be considered good about this hotel was it's location (not a peaceful environment) it's easily accessible and nearby Apollo hospitals. But everything else is pathetic. The fan was going on and off throughout the night, maybe due to some voltage fluctuations. The room had an AC but we were forced to turn on the fan as it was FULL OF MOSQUITOS. Day and night. I couldn't get a peaceful night's sleep. The room was not very well kept, the bedsheets were soiled and they had an old style TV. overall a below average experience. wouldn't recommend this hotel. dirty room

2star- only for staying if you are here for the visa interview... that too for 1 night. Rooms are smelling foul, water leakage mark all over the walls, we were at suite room lol,,,, mosquitoes and cockroaches will also stay's with you... No room service, phones are dead, not a single complementary water bottles.

The room was decent, but worth the price. The only issue I had was with the checkout, kindly pls do keep your receipt when paid the room bills. Below is what I had to deal with. So on 20th I checked in paid the whole bill that was 2500 Rs in cash, the hotel did give me the receipt of the payment. Normally I either don't take receipts or throw them out once I get. Luckily on 22nd when I was checking out I don't know why but I took the receipt/Bill and put it in my bag. Checkout everything was done and then after an hour or so I got a call saying sir you haven't paid the full payment of the room which is 2500 rs , I was like I do remember paying the whole in cash , the person on the call said sir you haven't paid , had a discussion with him for 2-3 mins, he was like sir will send you a copy of your receipt on your WhatsApp he did send me , and that receipt had all exactly the same details beside the amount paid which was mentioned as 2000rs , for a min even I doubted myself , I tried telling him that I paid and stuff, he didn't agree at all just being rude. but then I remembered I had my receipt/Bill lucky enough , and my bill showed the exact same details with the 2500rs paid, I sent him mine immediately that's when his whole voice tone changed and he was like sorry sir this was someone else's bill by mistake we called you . I didn't end the call there I asked him what u meant by someone else's bill , he was like that was someone else's bill sir sorry , I said to him how can it be someone's else's bill which showed the same date and the same room number as of mine and the same surname and more off the bill numbers were same. He was like sorry sir it was a mistake , I was like if I did not have the receipt you would have scammed me. He was like no sir no sir and stuff , that's when my call got disconnected due to network issue as I was travelling, Please note the number that called me to confirm my booking and the number which called me to tell this issue was the same number and secondly no one would allow checkout if the remaining payment wasn't done.

Overall not a bad experience if you just want to sleep there at night. It's a 10 min ride in an auto-rickshaw for Rs. 20, which is good. The hotel as such does not have many amenities except for the elevator which does work. There is no room service. However, there are many eateries at a walking distance. They do provide towels and soap. The toilet is not so bad. The room is a little too small but just good enough for two people and so is the bed. I would give a thumbs-up on service quality simply because of the fact that the manager picked up the phone at 12 am and waited for me and opened the gate when I reached there at 3 am. Kudos for that. Value for money.. yes.
