Don't ever get admitted here unless you are very rich. For 7 nights They charged me Rs. 89000/- that too written on a piece of paper. On asking about the details of the bill they said they cannot provide the details. While waiting for my turn to talk to the person incharge in account section, he fled his office while I was in washroom. They are more interested in making money. I have been called for a review checkup. To hell with them.

Although the hospital environment and facilities are good but had a worst experience in waiting process. Patients who came after us were called first at Doctor's Cabin. It happened many a times, so asked the attendant at the door why are we not called, for which she replied, it's the doctors who select the patient & called first, not as who come first. My husband could not bear to wait more because of his condition. After third enquiry for when our turn will come, we were called after that. I suggest Refferal hospital is far better than Olive in terms of expenses, time and procedure.

This is probably the most hygienic and aesthetic hospital in Nagaland. The doctors are professional and empathetic. The rest of the staffs are also great except for the nurses wherein most of them are rude and the ones at the emergency counter are the most unprofessional. The old and slow speaking M.O. there(emergency) is also nonchalant. His carelessness almost risked my loved one's condition. I hope the hospital looks into this matter. Would have rated 5 but minus point for 'most' nurses and him. Ps: Some nurses are extremely kind though.

One of the most unprofessional and careless hospital we have ever visited. Most of the doctors and staffs are money minded. My mother was hospitalized for 6 days and we spent around 1.20 lakhs. We asked to use Ayushmann Bharat card to get some financial relief. But, Dr. Heman Prasad (Urologist) denied to approve it saying - they can only approve the card if patient had operation. After I complaint in customer care of Ayushmann card, they somehow approved. You will never find doctors on time. At mid-night few nurses take medicines from private room when all are slept and if get caught they say that they are taking those to keep it together to bring again for tomorrow but they never bring back. One doctor gave a medicine for 1 month costing Rs 2000 and after 2 days some other doctor say to stop this medicine and use some other and they don't return that medicine as well. Today we did mother's ultrasound but they didn't gave the report and just wrote the results in prescription copy. Hospitals are like temple for people and doctors are like God. Stop looting poor people or any people.

Doctors are extremely professional. Hospital also very clean and hygiene. But more training need to persons in reception area and pharmacy like how to behave with patent and his/her attender. Well furnished, Sophisticated architecture, a place where you can be cured. And surprisingly sisters are friends and soft in dealing with patients unlike some hospital. Don't forget to go up to balcony and see some views when you visited it's mesmerizing.

Those wanting to get admitted in this hospital better be cautious. They don't provide bills incase you pay by ayushman card. This is exactly what happened to us today. And yes you better be a millionaire else it's not for us common people. Would have given 0 rating but sadly Google doesn't have that option. Hence am rating one star.

The hospital is clean and well maintained but thats all. You better be a millionaire to go and get treatment there. They wl make bills after bills and you won't realise when your pocket is empty. They made bills for things which they didn't even use during the procedure. And i spent more than a thousand for a culture n sensitivity test for which they haven't even given me the report till date.. they lost the report o something... Very careless.
