Hi! I have been taking full body Laser Hair Removal sessions with Oliva for a few months now. I have to say it has been such a freeing and comfortable experience for me. So much better than going to the salon for waxing or shaving at home every other day. No razor bumps, no awkwardness with salon didi, no redness, no coarse hair. The hair growth is so less now that I've forgotten being bothered about body hair. The sessions have been painless and quick. There's always a doctor consultation before each session to assess your hair growth and progress from previous sessions. The technicians are thorough, polite and patient. Best decision! Go for it!

My receding hairline was restored in just 7 sittings. It was a non-surgical and just one-hour procedure. Dr. Swetha did the procedure very patiently and without pain. What I mostly liked about Oliva is that their equipment is USFDA approved, and all their treatments are done by dermatologists only. I have successfully completed my treatment without any side effects.

Very bad experience. They are more into money minting business from clients. Hell lots of communication gap between headquarters and their clinic. I just wanted to know cost of the treatment, and headquarter guys did not give me a clear price instead told me to visit the clinic where doctor or clinic head will tell me about exact price. I even asked for the number which was not given to me so in a way i was kind of forced to go there. Anyway when I visited I met the doctor and then comes their packages which i never wanted at the first place and only went for 1 session. Had to shell out 600 rs. which was of no use. This could have been communicated over the phone or email. I may not advise others to visit them.

I visited this place with my sister. After receiving the blood report, the doctor instructed us to communicate via WhatsApp for the prescription due to her upcoming leave. However, after taking the prescribed medicine, my sister experienced issues. We attempted to reach out to the reception staff for assistance, only to be told that we had to wait until the doctor returned. Disappointingly, there was no response for over a week, and after multiple attempts, we received a reply addressing only one of our concerns. The lack of professionalism in handling post-prescription queries through WhatsApp was quite surprising. The supporting staff's behavior was disappointing, taking two to three days to reply. I would advise against visiting this place unless you're comfortable risking your health due to the lack of proper support and delayed responses.

Had a nice experience with Oliva Indiranagar. Dr. Fiona Sequeira is very patient in listening to my concerns and suggested me the best possible solution. The front end staff and the support staff are very helpful.

I booked a slot here via practo. They did not confirm the slot even after 2 hours of booking and when I called, they didn't have an availability for the doc saying that the slots shown on practo don't matter. What's the point of booking slot through practo if you are displaying incorrect information for the clients there? Very bad experience!

I have enquired to ask information about a specific treatmentand an average price for it, but the only thing they wanted was selling me the consultation package....they just want you to go there and spend money, very unprofessional...they lost a potential client just with the first call!!!

Had visited for hairfall problem. Consulting fee is Rs.650. Dr. Rashmika asked me to take some test after that they give medican. Overall service okay. Let me see for a month.
