Olio - Restaurant in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

It was around time for dinner when I went there and the restaurant was mostly empty, which is quite surprising considering how good my experience was! This place is quite underrated I must say! I believe more people should check it out. Tried some of their Chinese dishes, namely Cantonese chicken and wok tossed prawn fried rice. They were pretty good. In my opinion, the quantities are sufficient for the price. For example, the Cantonese chicken had around 15 pieces, which if you ask me is a pretty good deal for the price of 400 rupees. The chicken was tasty and I loved the veggies in the gravy. The fried rice was also good. The place itself is quite beautiful and well maintained. And when it comes to the service, I have nothing to complain about, as the staff were very polite. The person who served me was very friendly. Overall, a pretty good experience and I would like to revisit this place again in the future.

Here, the service and atmosphere is decent but the price doesn't match with the quantity of the food they are serving. Charging so much yet providing so less quantity. Hope they would fulfill the expected mark by providing reasonable amount of food in the near future

We went to have lunch today with family since I had heard a lot about it's unique menu and to my surprise, the menu is indeed way different than any other restaurant in Guwahati. The food quality was awesome and I must say the quantity is huge. I really loved the service and the ambience of the restaurant. And the view overlooking the busy city is breathtaking. I will definitely recommend this awesome place to family and friends for a scrumptious meal. Please do try the Tiramisu too. It's lip smacking.

If you haven't been there yet, then you should visit at least once, after reading this review. It is a must visit underrated restaurant in the heart of the City. The location is great (exactly opposite the Assam Legislative Assembly's new building), food is great, there's parking place available for both two wheelers and four wheelers. What else do you want? Since they serve alcohol, it is upto you to decide whether to take kids there for a dine-in experience or not. Staffs are polite. Ambience is Good, if not great. Prices of all the items are reasonable. Example: Veg Momo 180/- for 6 pieces with Soup. Most of such level restaurants in Guwahati do not serve soup along with Momo. Overall, I had a great dining experience. My verdict: Recommended.

Quite place, not crowded. Very polite and well behaved staff. Good food. Price is average.

The ambience is good , food is good, staff is good nd polite .. the soup is really healthy nd tasty .. also pasta, noodles is a must try . Naan was hard and crispy but paneer tikka makhani was awsm ... Overall the food is good at a reasonable price Also I suggest they can setup a small basin area inside the restaurant for handwash instead of going to the washroom for the handwash ..

Had visited this resturant for more than 5 times and food quality is always the same. Pho is a must try soup in this restura. Behaviour of the staff and the the chef/Manager is exceptionally very good and always trues to give the best from them. A must recommend place in guwahati for the food lovers

An elegant place to dine in. Well crafted presentation of art by the team. Loved the hospitality and service. Kudos to Chef Sam for the great effort. Worth investing a quality time.
