Pros The hotel is at a good spot, There is a fascinating view of the markets and sometimes the hills from windows, Cons The pricing is medium (neither too high not too low, maybe little high)but flexible., The rooms are fine with hardly any furniture. There are no facilities for wifi, Washrooms are quite disappointing and water pressure is low(quite common in Darjeeling). The rooms are not cleaned properly, but drinking water is supplied.... 4.9 out of 10 overall....

Its a recommended hotel if you're staying in Darjeeling. It's very near infact its on Mall itself. Jumping distance to Darjeeling mall. We had booked through a travel agent. Rooms are vintage wooden style giving you a classic vibe. If you're taking a family suite room then Omg, you can just play football over there. Very big spacious rooms. Our suite room consists of actually 2 rooms: Drawing room and bedroom. Both of the rooms were very large.

Shabby rooms, awful washroom, no maintenance at all. Rooms are damp, deem depressing lights. Very bad experience. Specially bathroom. Water were dripping over my head from geyser. Immediate change and refurbishment is needed. resturant and food is very good. Position is excellent.

Very neat to mall road. Easy to walk on mall road. Enjoyed shopping and steet food.

Home away from Home!!! I stayed at the Bellevue hotel with my family in November 2022. It is located right on the Darjeeling Mall just behind the fountain. The manager Pawan ji is extremely friendly and accommodating. He will arrange for transportation for pickup/drop at NJP/Bagdogra and for sightseeing too. Car rates are usually lower than what is charged by other hotels as well. If you have a lot of luggage then Pawan ji will also arrange for porters at minimum cost, who will meet you at Keventer's or in front of Bhanu Bhawan and will help to carry your luggage. Pawan ji always goes out of his way to make sure his guests are comfortable and have no complaints whatsoever. The staff is excellent. They provide tea, coffee, toast, omlette, etc. in breakfast. Breakfast prices are quite minimal. For lunch or dinner one can order from the restaurant ARA located on the ground floor or just visit any one of the eateries on the mall. Room rates are cheap compared to other places. Rooms are absolutely colossal and mostly wooden walls and floors. You will find antique wooden tables and cupboards in the rooms, relics of the British Raj. The bathrooms have western style toilets and geysers. The staff will also provide warm drinking water in a flask whenever necessary. They have a tiny private garden in between the 2nd and 3rd floors which you can also visit whenever you want. The location is something that is just undeniably the best factor in favor of the Bellevue hotel. You will be right on the mall and for Darjeeling lovers this is the best thing possible! I highly recommend staying at the Bellevue Hotel. I will definitely come back again and again!!!

The hotel is very traditional...stayed here... outstanding stunning mall view from room...manager Mr Pawan is nice guy..but bathroom is not tip top...

The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was this damp smell in the room, Bathroom was very clean. Hot water was available all the time. Food was not very good. The location of the hotel was just perfect, just 2 mins to mall road. The acoustic night at the restaurant was amazing too, great vibe. The helper was very nice too.

We really had a great experience while staying here. The room was spacious and clean. Service was good as well. The location of the hotel is just awesome and I would definitely recommend it to others. We will use the services of the hotel when we visit Darjeeling next time.
