Old Lighthouse Bristow Hotel - Seaview Heritage Hotel - Hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

We stayed 3 nights here. The worst experience ever. Location is wonderful but the property is very run down and badly managed. We stayed in a suite which was large and had a lovely balcony. But there was no hot water for the duration of our stay. The staff carried in buckets. The TV didn't work and neither did the phone. On top of that it started raining one of the nights and water was pouring into the room. The staff were pretty clueless. This place is highly avoidable. Unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

Did not stay here. However had a glimpse of the facilities. Had lovely lunch. It was awesome. Every dish was typical in Kerala style. Nice and quiet location in Fort Kochi.

Poor service, and bad food. Service takes long, menu is small, many items not available and to top it all food was not fresh. Chilli paneer seemed refried and rubbery. Prawns was not at all fresh. Broccoli was salty, and fish was bitter. Pepper chicken was okayish. The only good things were the beer, bottled water and view/ambience. Sad that the place is not well managed despite being such a beautiful property.

I would like to start by saying you get what you pay for. It is pretty sad that a beautiful property in a beautiful location is not well maintained. The view is great the service, food and bar were also good. The room however was run down while completely ok to stay, it would be nice to see it updated. However that would mean they can charge more.

Stopped off for an afternoon drink! Very calm place with beautiful view. Staff are very kind and attentive! Served by Ajay, whom was brilliant and encouraged me to return for sunset, sharing some of his photos with me! Lovely place, will be returning soon for sure!

It was a great experience visiting here with friends, the food was really exquisite. Special mention to the lad who served us, Binil. You champ was so good with his job role. Highly recommended to the new customers.

We can only rate the restaurant as we didn't stay in the hotel. The food was good and the quality matched the price. Nice to sit in the open air area and the building is also pretty.

Except for the location, the food is below average. Most of the dishes we ordered were tasteless and not worth it. Nice place to have a coffee or beer in the evening, but the food spoils it all.
