There is no problem in there service but the number mentioned below of Ola Office of their customer care center is fraud many of the people trapped into it.

The driver cancelled my trip and then showed up later when I already ordered another ride from different company. The driver was so furious to see the other ride blaming everything on me irrespective of him cancelling the ride. He started using derogatory and abusive language. He also started to altercate with the other ride's driver and started blaming everything on me. I have used ola cabs in Delhi and Chandigarh but never had such issue. The driver was not only rude but also physically abusive who started a fist fight. I had people around us due to which the fight was avoided. This guy named Ranjit Singh from ola should not be allowed to drive for a single day. He need to be investigated by the company and punished.

Very cooperative staff special when we are waiting for some individual the other staff member have called him on his person contact number that some boys are waiting for you in the office and to when there mid day break is going on

Very bad Services... I went 3 times for attachment my taxi but till time not attached...
