Please never visit tirur moochikkal showroom for service. Such a irresponsible staffs. Vehicle is good but not getting proper service. Won't attend calls properly, they know how to sell vehicle after that they are considering us like beggers. Worst showroom.

I had visited this place on 27/may/2023 . And was well received by the service members. And i would be a great mistake if i don't include the name of the person who helped in Changing in the front fork . Mr.Vishnu has been excellent. Just excellent. He even fixed the other issues in the bike like loose side mirror , checked the disk brake without even asking Totally satisfied. Mr.Vishnu is an asset to Ola service . Kudos to Vishnu

Very bad experience.we don't get any test drive vehicle for drive. no staffs for welcome us. Poor hospitality.,,,

Worst service...My scooter had a abnormal sound since delivery. First they said that it will go away as we drive the scooter. We could not withstand the loud noise and bought it to their service centre. They opened the front wheel part and after some time they returned me the scooter saying it cant be fixed and they actually aggrevated the problem. I called them and the ola customer service so many times and finally after so many days they told me they would send someone to pickup the scooter no one showed up for a week. Called them continuously they always say pending works so they cant come finally after 1 week of continuous they picked up the scooter and fixed it. So many guys post that the manager, Jayaraj is a polite and nice perosn But the cold hard truth is that he is a jerk that doesnt picks up any call and scams all I called him throughout the problem most of the time he doesnt pick call. When he picks up call he just say any bad excuse for why he is not picking up the vehicle for the problem his team made Very bad service

Scheduled an appointment for a fork change on June 14th at the service center in Tirur, Malappuram, Kerala. Disappointed to find they lacked the proper tool! After a month & a Twitter complaint, they finally rescheduled. Arrived, but no intimation! Vishnu, the service guy, argued until I raised my voice. After the fuss, it took them 30 minutes to replace it.

Service is very bad. Not attending the vehicles as there are so many vehicles to repair and they are telling they have no sufficient manpower to service.

I visited this showroom recently, very much stisfied with the communication, attitude, and hospitality of staff.. The Branch Manager is very good and polite person. He is very much professional and helped me to clear my concerns. Ola should maintain staffs like him. I think he is recently joined, and i suggest all the customers of Ola should contact him for better service. He is a good branch manager.

Customer service is really bad... I was planning to buy Ola... But i also visited ather they were explaining every single details on the scooter... I didnt even have to ask anything they explained everything... And when i reach ola they were so disappointing... Their attitude was like if you want to buy then buy otherwise leave us alone... 1st time they didnt even provide test drive second time they provided... But their customer service is not good...
