Ok International - Hotel in Varanasi - Varanasi, India

This lodge is very bad too much fraud rooms are not clean and beds are very old, if we complain to the manager he is asking money to changes the bed. Without commission they don't service

Giving it 3 stars purely for its location. It's a badly maintained hotel from the get-go. Rooms are in a terrible state. Dirty lenins.. leaking toilet and taps. The room smelled terribly of dampness and water seepage that was clearly visible on the walls. The TV was dysfunctional, and the fan ran on only full speed, and so was the air-conditioning. The mattresses had broken springs and so were very uncomfortable. Nothing good about this place other than the location.

TV didn't work for 3 days ,staff lied that it was cable connection providers fault,but nearby hotels and restaurant informed that nearby buildings had connection, it was the staffs that they were playing bad game. Food is very overpriced,For 3 days they didn't came for housekeeping,nor even asked for it, no room tea was served in morning for 3 days. Worst experience Strongly not recommended

Pathetic experience. No privacy or any care for customers they have. No sense of duty these ppl have. There was chaos at the floor due to some visitors who were shifting. That batch of ppl were knocking on the door, trying to open room wid their keys also, i called the manager, he just disconnected the call rudely telling that ppl are shifting. Totally not taking any responsibility or atleast guiding the group of ppl to their respective rooms so that they should not distrb other ppl staying there. Was not able to sleep there whole night. It was simply very pathetic experience in this hotel. Even when ordered room service instead of knocking first they directly tried to enter the room, thankfully another sitkini was there. In addition to all this based on service they give plus room n washroom condition, n type of very unprofessional staff they have its really overpriced. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Good hotel stayed with family members for 04 days with two room. Rooms spacious and clean. Staffs are very supportive. Mr. Sayed and Rabikant helps us lot for enjoy our trip. One in house restaurant here but we are taking foods outside.

Looking very nice, very specious hotel with parking.

The place is close to the main market which is a plus. However, the hotel needs repairs, the lift was not working properly, their room floors needed replacing, mini fridge in the room was not working, the remote of AC was not provided. The staff lacks basic manners, they do not knock on the door and wait for the occupants to open the door, they always try to open the door themselves.

The service was bad. Waiting time was far to long for the things we asked. The staff was friendly but didn't understand a word we said. The wifi was not working all the time and was very slow. There was no hot water in our room. We could take a shower in another room, but only for one time (we stayed two nights). The other day we received only a bucket of hot water. For a 3star hotel, the place was not clean at all, especially the bathroom was dirty and not well maintained. There is a big menu, but you can't choose a lot from it. The food that we could get at the restaurant was actually very tasty. It's location is great, everything is close-by. Still, I would not recommend this hotel.
