Reliable ultrasound report at low fees but too much crowded place. Doctor's behavior and knowledge is good.

too much crowdy place, there are no systematic planning to avoid customer. You have 3 or more than 3 hour to complete your diagnosis. There is a dire need to manage crowd.

Horrible experience..they have worst staff sitting on reception..not at all helpful..rude and has no manners to treat patients..! Moreover, asking so hyped fees for getting test done on emergency basis..! There is no cleaniness, and you have to sit there for so many hours which may lead to infection as they have no concept of hygiene..toilet seat is full of defecation and they asked me to go and empty my bladder..I couldnt..! I am regretting coming here for my test and will not recommend anyone

"EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL". I went there for blood test, x-ray and ultrasound. In the blood test room person was taking blood samples without gloves. On asking he was not sure what all tests were all about and at last the worst thing that can happen - he spilled the blood on doctor's consultation (disgusting). In the xray room there was no attendant for long and when he arrived he was extremely rude and impolite. In the ultrasound room around 20 people were waiyand there was no crowd management. Everyone was entering the room with shoes and slippers. There was no defenite number by which people were getting chance. Doctor was attending 2 patients standing between them and talking on phone at the same time and was not attentive at all. When done there was no tissue paper available and when asked they gave a towel which was already used by 100s of people earlier. No covid norms followed. Being extremely unhappy and dissatisfied I will never visit there again.

Had a very bad experience in terms of payment and receipt. It was told that payment has to be made in cash only and no invoice of the same was issued despite repeated request. Moreover, on requesting again n again, they just gave a manual receipt without any regs / GST details of the centre. Govt should take strict action against such mischievous of doctor who are collecting a large some of money without accounting for in their books.

Management is not upto the mark.. had to wait atleast 45 min. for an ultrasound even bladder is full. Don't know how this center is running.. Others are far better..

More crowded places.ultrasound process is very fast, patient in not satisfied with their work.

Dr Ojaswi is an intelligent doctor..able to diagnosis even the smallest finding...her reports are trustworthy and satisfying..
