It's completely unacceptable that I was left in a situation where no one took responsibility for my care at the facility. I received a confirmation call in the morning about my availability, only to be told upon arrival that my doctor was unavailable without any prior notice. Furthermore, when I tried to contact the team member, they ignored my call. This level of service is simply unacceptable and I expect immediate action to be taken to address this issue.

I tried lot of diets previous to OFY but results were temporary....my weight & waist was increasing day by day from 34 to 37 inches...I was 80kg in Jan and was 78kg in April when I started fat therapy at OFY ..
