Good place for workout but recently all new trainers joined so u need a little knowledge so you can manage your workouts on your own if trainers r busy

for the space the gym offers for the membership prices for the equipments (especially, 3D Smith Machine, Leg Press and Vertical Pulling Machine) trainers give generic advices and since the trainers are male (as far as I've seen and known), they are readily available to assist females and if you're a male and can't plan and perform your routines by yourself, care to buy a PT mentorship programme from one of the trainers generic diet plans and generalized exercise routines Tips : - Make sure you design a workout plan that suits you because the exercise plan they'd give you might not be optimal as biomechanical responses differ from people to people - It's slightly better to visit during the morning hours because it's less crowdy - Don't expect attention from trainers if you're a male who's not paid for a PT membership

Poorly managed gym... No-one to take complaint.. Toilet stink like public toilet.. Water cooler filled with overhead tank water... Filter is only showcase..

Today I left the gym , the staff Amit Singh (manger) harsh ,and receptionist of whom they told me a wrong name , have a very poor approach in retaining clients, I wish they show the qualifications of there so called professional trainers must be displayed ,they misbehaved with me beware of such gym. We go for good health not stressing out our mind in disgusting arguments and above all they are not sorry for their act .. concerned head can see the video footage . Despite I tried to reach out the gym owner I tried calling him several times he never picked up the call ,I also tried reaching out ther branch as well they responded and conveyed the same to the owner but he is hardly bothered .so better join some good and respectable gym where people u can workout peacefully ... Value for money. Nice gym. Spacious halls for working out. Good equipments. Parking is limited. Also various Gyms now days have started a full day opening morning 5 to evening 10 ( in similar/lower packages) even there are cupple of gyms with 24 hours opening in the town(though slightly expensive) , but this a famous chain are still bound to times and remains close during day afternoon. Trainers are good and ready to help.

DON'T BUY THEIR COMBO OR FULL FITNESS PACK IF YOU ARE MALE CANDIDATE. FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS PRIYANSHU named trainer is giving training for yoga/zumba/aerobics... AND IT IS ONLY FOR GIRLS, IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, JUST VISIT ANY RANDOM DAY ON GYM AT 6 AND 7 AM/PM YOU WILL FIND IT BY YOURSELF.

One of my favourite gym the trainer are one of the best trainer in Lucknow and one the best trainer is Bharat sir he train us very well he help us to keep our physic maintain and he helps us to grow our muscles properly .
