Peaceful place to sit nd enjoy d nature..
Scenic beauty between the 2 rivers surrounding the city of Cuttack.
A place to spend some time peacefully.Located little outskirt of the city, not very populated.
This place is mainly popular with young couples to spend some quality time.
The sun set here is mesmerizing. Cool wind, sound of water from river hitting the shores gives you a feeling , can't be described. A must visit if you really want to spend some peaceful time.
If you are a peace lover then it would be preferable place for you.

This embankment now seconds as a love nest for the myriad couple who flock her to spend quality time together.but non of these youngsters how seem to be forever roaming the embankment. to know it's history.constructed between 1860 and 1865 to regulate the flow of water to kathajodi river and direct se of the water to Mahanadi channels, this embankment protecting many areas in the city from flod during monsoons. "If it's historical importance is highlighted, many people can come and see the structure.a long with having some fun,hanging out here.such historical structure need more promotion.
