Expensive especially the ladies section is with minimal machines and workout options with no female trainer its ok to train with the male trainer but no full time gt here in ladies section and prices for minimal machines in ladies section is too much for male sections it's justifiable.

There are a lot if Gym near by this Gym but ODF is one of the gym which gives us a value with quality *ODF Gym is for Both Male & Female seperatly. * ODF Gym provide Fat loss Training, Yoga Class, Aerobics, Cardio. Provide too -Steam Bath, Diet Plan So What makes Gym Perfect? a common answer could be this number of Machines, tools, dumbbells and no of weight but i must say A Gym Without Trainer is a club. So ODF provid us a trainer to guide us in entire our fitness journey. I must say perfect Gym for beginners hope you like too Thanks Regards, Tanuj
