I recently visited a spa centre and opted for a back and neck massage to unwind and relax. While the massage itself was satisfactory, I was disappointed by the overall experience due to the unpleasant condition of the room and towels provided. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a foul odor that left a lasting impression throughout my visit. The stench was overwhelming and quite off-putting, especially considering the fact that this spa centre charges a premium for its services. I found it disconcerting that basic cleanliness and hygiene standards were not met. Furthermore, the towels provided were far from satisfactory and appeared to be worn out. They were not only unclean but also had an unpleasant odor, which made me question their level of sanitation. It's disheartening to visit a supposedly luxurious spa only to be met with such subpar facilities. Hygiene is a fundamental aspect of any spa experience, and it should be a top priority for any establishment charging premium prices. It is imperative that cleanliness and cleanliness standards are maintained to ensure a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for clients. It is my hope that the management of this spa centre takes immediate action to rectify these issues. I would highly recommend that they address the cleanliness and hygiene concerns to enhance the overall experience for their customers.

Who does back massage in a reclining chair? This was the most unsatisfying experience. Also, the massage room is like a store room with no air conditioner.

Overpriced but as welcome is nice you fall for it. I saw men coming in and asking what type of girls are available. When the staff replied that they had north Indian they made faces and left. Huge red flag for this place. Next, room was gloomy and not at all relaxing because the cinema sounds come through the walls. Also, I saw a cockroach and informed the staff. They didn't do anything about it so my massage lady had to kill it. Now the massage was okay, not the best but what put me more off as the oil clean up towels smelled mouldy. I didn't even have time and patience to complain officially, I left as soon as I could. Now, the number of spam calls these guys do is commendable. I had to block them using truecaller. Complete waste of money for someone who wanted to relax.

Being to many spa but to be honest this feels excellent in terms of service therapist name Ning knows the pressure points where she works on it very well. Manager wajahad Ali has great knowledge explained we very well about spa service and their benefits. Like to visit again
