Ode Spa is really convenient and accessible. The manager Adam is polite and hospitable. He is quite welcoming and cooperative. The therapist Sangi did a few good stretches to help me cope with tedious travel. Thankfully the place is not overcrowded and I didn't have to wait in queue. Hope outlets open up at the Bangalore airport soon! ------------------------------------------------ Adding to this review post my second visit to Ode Spa today. Gladys the therapist was really good and much better than the previous one. Also, Adam took it upon himself to arrange my cabin luggage to reach the boarding gate so that I dont miss my flight! 5 stars for customer centricity and customer service. Just one suggestion - the vents above the place are clogged with dust. Posting pics of the same. Hope they get cleaned soon. Overall, it was a really good experience today. Thank you Ode Spa

Super treatment by Mamiand Balanese therapy was suggested by Adam he having nice sales skills I went to take foot massage and also he suggested membership sure when I come next time this was my first time. Therapist was awesome I suggest one to go for balenese.

Very good Aroma therapy by Buangy-therapist. Good salesman ship by Adam I went for Neck Back massage but Adam suggested me Aroma massage for 1hr. Nice experience. One must experience at Cochin airport. Thank you.

While waiting for flight i had some time so i tried this spa, i went for balinese massage for 60 minutes costing between 4k to 5k, the massage was good, masseur were from bali or from north east india Iam not sure, the place is comfortable, you will be relaxed.

The massage experience was truly wonderful, with friendly people who had a helpful mindset. Bibi, the therapist, provided exceptional service. Adam and Vito, the front office managers, were incredibly supportive.

I had a very special experience as I enjoyed and relaxed at the most. Ms. Gladis did nice deep tissue. And Adam was so nice and the hospitality was very Good.
