Octave Suites - Residency Rd - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

We stayed in august 2023. Location is very good, near shopping area and restaurants. Staffs are very good. Rooms are spacious. But as it is above a bar very very very noisy specially in the weekends. Don't think the curtains have been washed since the hotel opened. Nothing is repaired, everything leaks in the bathroom and toilet. Very dirty faucets, broken toilet seats. Just dirty bathroom. Bed and pillow covers are stained. I used an extra towel on top of my pillow. When sleeping, something crawls all over you, maybe they have bed bugs or flee. Was not pleasant at all.

Good place for business travellers. Comfortable room. Great service from a very courteous staff. Prime location. Delicious food. Special thanks to Mr. Chandra for ensuring every comfort is met. Decent down-to-earth hotel but the sweet and kind staff makes it special.

Overall experience was nice though not excellent. if you ask me why it was not good or excellent ,may be because my experience didn't match the expectation.Paid close to 7 K for one night for their most superior room.Stayed for 2 days. The first disappointment was the overall outlook of the hotel. The building which houses the hotel has some other establishment too, a pub, that's cool in fact (for party animals)but the corridor which leads to the hotel looks so shabby, nobody to guide you or welcome you, thats the regular experience in star rated hotels, but here it's like a lodge .The reception is at the first floor, a guy sits their, he takes care of the bookings . The room was neat clean and spacious including the bathroom. Locality - CBD, highly commercial area, pubs ,posh commercials all around. Taj Vivanta shares boundary with this hotel Exterior Outlook - Average. Room- Good. Service - Good. Security - Average , i didn't find a security person any where around. Kids didn't like it because it was not co cosy, however i felt it's okay. It's budget friendly when compared to other hotels in the locality. But when the rates are compared i think chancery hotel is a best compatitive alternative, the Chancery hotel also had almost same rates, that hotel looks posh from. exteriors. when compared to Octave.

Best location with reasonable price. Very good customer service (specially from one of the Hotel staff- Rana). Would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in bangalore city centre.

We stayed here for 3 days. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs are always available for assistance.

Dont expect a hotel. Its rooms like residency near brigade road. After booking we checked that it has no availability for breakfast or any meal since they dont have a kitchen. You will be doing swiggy and zomato the whole time. The location is excellent and thats the only reason we didnt cancel the booking. The condition of the bathroom was bad. Infact the bedsheet was not good to, i asked them to change. Its practically on the road so you get to hear the traffic noise whole day and night.

Location is good , but no proper room service . Getting even tea is problem . Better to avoid staying at Thai place . Many more options available in same cost around that May be better .

The Hotel Octave Suites, Residency Road where I stayed in Banglore was very very good. Outstanding. The Location is Prime. Staff members are very very cooperative. Specially Biswajit Debnath who sits on the reception is very helpful & polite. Room are clean and room service is also good. Room size is marvellous. I am Totally satisfied with this hotel and shall recommend all to try this property.
