Octave Shirdi Park - Hotel in Shirdi - Ahmednagar, India

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this Hotel , and I feel compelled to share my ordeal. From the moment we arrived, confusion and frustration plagued our stay. Firstly, navigating to the hotel was a nightmare. Relying on Google Maps, we expected a seamless arrival. However, upon reaching the vicinity, we were astounded to find multiple name boards, none of which matched the name we had booked. It was perplexing and disorienting, leaving us questioning the authenticity of our reservation. Upon finally identifying the correct hotel, our dismay only deepened upon entering our assigned room. To say it was filthy would be an understatement. The room resembled a public toilet, and the bathroom was a sight I hope to never encounter again in my lifetime. The olfactory assault began the moment we stepped inside, with a pervasive and unpleasant odor dominating the atmosphere. The room itself was dusty, the bedsheets were stained and clearly unchanged from the previous guest, and the overall cleanliness was abysmal. It was an environment that left us questioning the basic standards of hygiene and sanitation. The experience was not only disheartening but also infuriating, as we had spent hard-earned money on what turned out to be a total waste. The discrepancy between the booked name and the actual name displayed, coupled with the deplorable conditions of the room, left us deeply dissatisfied.

I so wish I could have give negative stars to this hotel. The pictures are very deceiving, the hotel looks nothing like that. Rooms are very unclean and the toilets look like public washrooms. Even if you complain they don't care about it. Please don't book this hotel. Only advantage is that it is close to the temple. Please keep this one as your last choice! Very disappointed!!!!

Hotel can be maintained with better cleanliness. 1. Flush in toilets to be repaired. 2. Exhaust to be fit in bathrooms. 3. Please keep one chair to sit in each room.

Very nice hotel which is located on main road near entry gate no. 2 of shree Sai samadhi mandir. Hotel staff ie both managers all room service boys and staff of attached restaurant were very pleasant, polite, cooperative and helpful. For me it was a perfect place to stay and to make a vacation beautiful, again and again.

Everything is great about this hotel. Its in a very posh area and also the prices are affordable. The behaviour of the staff is very good. The rooms are clean too.

The room was not well furnished, I could see black spots near the tiles. Bathrooms were inconvenient, the staff replaced the shower gel with hand wash liquid soap. There isn't any decent exhaust system, the exhaust alley behind the bathroom was wide open with a small windowless space. Really dirty. The towels are such a mess, I could smell the pungent aura especially from the pillow covers and the towel. The staff did provide toilet papers but no accessory to fit it in, so it was just standing near the washbasin. The only perks noticeable were the location and the hand wash gel dispenser near the wash basin. I don't know if this was the case for every room of only mine(106).

Very customer friendly Hotel staffs and manager are very responsive

Don't book this hotel ..! No rooms are clean ,, not worth for money ,, location is good ,, hotel staff is good , manager is good ,, hotel is ultra waste ,, no hood food also ...!! Not worth sry for being true
