Comfy and close to everything.
Can be easily reached and most of the Hospitals and Medical Centers are nearby.
The room was comfortable and bathrooms are well maintained and clean.
The staff was also kind and helpful with anything.
Booked 6 rooms for family
But at the time of check-in they have ask to pay extra 3000 that is 500/room.
With (12900 as online + 3000 cash).
Rooms are too small amd bathroom has no windows. No toiletries.
Will suggest to look around for other deal.

Rooms didn't have any toiletries kit, which is sort of a basic requirement given the premium price for the room.
Washroom didn't have the handwash refilled, no shampoo was present.
Overall not a very good experience, I have stayed at multiple other places in Nagpur which are way better and are within a similar price range. Please avoid this
It's a very relaxing place to stay, rooms are spacious and clean . Staff are friendly and helpful. Good local, not far from town centre. Manager abhishek on the front desk was helpful. Highly recommended

Service is poor and the staff is rude. We tried doing a walk in. The staff earlier confirmed that the room is available however later cancelled saying they got an online booking. Staff is highly unprofessional and untrained.

Don't get fooled by pictures and ratings on Booking platform and Google. The worst hotel I have stayed in ever. The rooms were stinking, bedsheets were never changed. Dirt all over the rooms and cupboard. Seems property has never been maintained after inception.
