We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staffs is amazing the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate.A beautiful hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choices. Had an evening meal, for such a large hotel prices very reasonable. Had a problem with the bath reported it, was repaired with 30 minutes. Great service. Will be going back.
Rooms are ok. Bed linens not clean. No fans in AC rooms. It is suitable for those visiting Peenya Industrial estate. At the time of checking out @ 7.00 AM, I want to keep the luggage and go for my work. Since the gentleman at Reception was not waking up, I had to carry the luggage wherever I went. No 24hrs check in / check out. No Restaurant. Restaurants are available nearby.
Place is not tidy.Sheets need to cleaned well.It is budget friendly.have to give 24 hrs checkout time.
Not worth the price. Very average rooms, badly maintained bathroom. Leaky faucets, turpid water from taps not fit for even washing face... Torn bedsheets, Badly designed electrical sockets, holes on the outer walls through which outside sunlight filters in, Curtains not wide enough to shut off outside light. Parking is a joke, the place is always crowded with a at least 50 nos. 2 wheelers. Their main income comes from renting conference rooms for corporates and they just don't bother about room guests and service. Won't come here again and won't recommend anyone to stay here.
Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and reception Manager and Room boy's helpful,very near Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back.
