Worst hotel i ever booked in my life. Bathrooms are so dirty, you can see insects roaming around. I shifted room, next room was slightly better. Staff behaviour was very poor. Hotel don't have parking nearby. We need to park the car far away place and walk with our luggage. No help will get from the staff for anything. Finally i booked another hotel and stayed there 2 days. Never opt this hotel ever.
Rooms are not looking good. Bedsheets and pillows are not in good condition. Rs.1500 too much for this hotel. Through out the night fan was making some strange sound and we are sleepless. I will never visit this hotel. How come you agreed for charging 1500 for this hotel. I am unable to understand.
The hotel rooms and the total property maintenance is gone completely worse now after the change in management from Nandhana Palace. It used to be a very good family hotel. Now it's like a bachelor space. There are no soap, shampoo at least towel unless asked. Phone is not working. The linen on the bed is not good and mosquitos too. I stayed 4 times earlier when it was Nandhana we used to have good time. It's not anymore.
Excellent and comfortable rooms, Center of kammanahalli. Room service and ckeaning also very good. Very helpfull Staffs.
First of all I can say that All Octave Hotels employee are very polite. Big spacious room. All amenities available. Worth to stay here. Thanks to the manager who refunded my 3 days payment because my working location was so far from the Hotel.
Worst room,beds are not clean dirty smell in room ,not working Ac (brokedAc), not working tv(Dish setop box not working condition), dirty smell bathroom,not working water heater, room service very bad, totally lodge is worst in Bangalore.
Food is great on both non veg and veg, as it serves Andra type food, so can visit with family, friends and alone....even the room was good with reasonable price, parking no issue for both bike and car...must try
