Some rooms are average clean and some are less than average. Room size is good enough for short stay. There was no hot water in the room I stayed so had to jump a few rooms on the last moment after waiting for half an hour for the service staff. But they were trying to help.

The property location is good. The hotel doesn't have kitchen so you can't get any food. I booked for suite room, while entering the room I found many cockroach roaming in bathroom and furniture, this was pathetic. I moved from suite to executive room, there electric kettle wasn't working. Then again we moved to different suite room, over 2 night stay 3 times room changed. Hotel manager claims please rate us 5 star as we have taken good care. I would say firstly get your hotel renovated instead of going with wrong way of getting starts via discount process. In addition you will find water in lobby.

Hotel has no kitchen. Cleanliness is decent. I was out for 2 days and the hotel workers opened the door and did cleaning thing..which led me think of insecurity. I don't think it's safe to keep your luggage in hotel room if you have to go for a day out in between of your booking schedule.

It is a run down hotel. We booked it only because we were vacating our house next door. Low price should not mean dirty and broken fittings, but in this case, it does. Lock on our room door was a hit or miss, and got stuck a couple of times. Cleaning of the room is only for namesake. There were cockroaches in the room and cleaning staff is least bothered with cleaning. Room cleaning service comes after multiple requests. It could have been a good budget hotel, except for the cleanliness and run down fittings.

This hotel is not good. Everything is old and badly maintained. Service is responsive, but you need to ask (towel, toilet paper, ...). Breakfast is not possible, unless for delivery service. You should expect animals of all sorts to visit your room, some normal (flies, small beetles) and possibly some unacceptable (cockroaches, rats; yes, we have seen both). Beds were good and sheets clean. It's a pity: the location is without much competition and near to the new tech park. So the hotel has potential, after it is decently renovated. At this point, it is only suitable for the open-minded adventurous type that is willing to change rooms when it is really unacceptable in animals.

I booked the suite room which was not at all maintained properly.... The door locks were all jammed... The furniture was lacklustre.... The steel frames and mirror were all rusted....The staff behaviour was ok.... Towels were not provided..Room was not clean... suggestion- Being the most exclusive room of the hotel, it's interior should be upgraded.

I had a very bad experience with front office night shift executive was very rude and dis polite. I was requested early check in And I am approaching these guys mid night 2am was very irresponsible and I am ready to pay extra amount but at the end no value. No way i had cancel the rooms.... OYO was made good deal with other hotel.

Worst experience ever!! This place is infested with bed bugs. Found one dead bed bug on floor and one live crawling on bed sheets. The management decided to change the room once informed , but the next room also had blood smears of crushed bedbugs on the sheets. At that point I decided to move out of the hotel and asked for the refund... and manager said it will take another 20 days to refund the account. I really don't know whether they will issue refund or not but I wanted to share my experience so that others can take informed decision as bedbugs are most stubborn pest which once infested are very difficult to get rid off.
