Rooms are small, fairly clean but not well maintained. Service is top notch. Very friendly staff. Good for short stays.
Pros: The hotel staffs are very helpful. Customer Service is great. It's located in prime location near to everything including metro, resturants, shopping areas. Rooms are clean and spacious. Cons: The rooms need renovation as they are really old. For a female solo traveller the location of hotel is not very comfortable.
We spent 2 days in octavo hotel. The staff is very nice, always smiling and they let us check-in before the normal time as we arrived very early in bengaluru and didn't have anywhere else to go with our luggages. The location is very convenient, the rooms are great. Water and wifi are provided by the hotel. Thank you, we recommand it !

Me and my family stayed in this hotel for a duration of 12 days! And we loved every bit of it! But the best part are the staff. They are very friendly and helpful they give plates, extra mattresses and pillows too.
Initially I had hygiene related issues in my room but then Mr. Suraj helped me out as he provided me with a better upgraded room with all facilities. He has always assured to be one call away for any kind of problem faced.All amenities are properly available and staff are quite friendly. The best part is the location as it has good connectivity to both Bus and Metro. Overall a budget friendly and comfortable stay.
My son Akash booked the room from Chennai as his option is pretty much good. Rooms and room service are very nice. Suraj a guy working there is so responsible and met with the services needed quickly till our stay . Overall it was nice experience on our stay Thanks Himalaya
I stayed in this hotel on 24/7/23 to 25/07/23. There is no TV in room. I informed the reception twice but nothing has been done. And also, i book three person room however they give only double bed, for one person they give one mattress to sleep on floor. Sheet is not the cleanest and the room is very small. I expected lot better before coming but when i stayed in room i felt it is not good. There is no soap given. No boiler in room as many other room has.nothing just a bed to sleep that too small for three person to sleep.
