Octave Clinic & Diagnostic Center - Diagnostic center in Kanchrapara - 24 Paraganas North, India

Very bad experience with this clinic. They charged very high as compared to other clinic. Receptionist are unprofessional & rude behavior. Just one word they are sacammers. I request to all please don't visit this clinic. They are just chancers.

The worst doctors ever..they will not talk to patients and just recommend medicine on the basis of previous reports..never gp to this place

1. Worst behaviour by lady enlisting patients details. 2. Not allowing patients report from other diagnostic. Allowing external report only for first visit, but warning them not to allow from next visit. 3. Taking Rs. 100 more from every patient above doctor's fees and force to take medicines from adjacent Pharmacy to adjust that money. 4. Other staffs have no sence. When for a critical patient, doctor himself comes out of his chamber to check him in reception, these staffs are continuously chatting loudly in that place, sitting together. They don't bother the inconveniences of doctor and patient's family that time.

Very bad behaviour of booking assistant. If the test prescribed by doctor not done from octave, they are refused to take booking

Worst experience ever. Very Unprofessional. Yesterday, I went there for chest x-ray. I told the instructor (who took my x-ray) if I had to change my dress (having some metal part) , but he insisted that he would tell me to do so if necessary. And he took my x-ray with my own clothes on. Now the x-ray plate came with this metal part (shown in the picture). When I got my report, I told the receptionist. But she paid no heed to this.she was busy quarrelling with some other patient. If possible, one should definitely avoid this diagonstic centre.

Very bad management. Even after 1 hr doctor did not come. Some old fat lady for blood collection behaving very rudely as if she is the owner of the hospital. Not hygienic at all. Avoid this place at all cost

My friend visited Dr ujjwal kanti ghosh for acne problem... The medicines that he gave to her leads to DRUG ERUPTION RASHES which she is suffering till date.... After making him a phone call for help, he behaved very rudely and completely denied that it is his fault. Later she visited Dr. kaushik Roy of MAMONI MEDICAL HALL KANCHRAPARA and he confirmed that it is Dr. Ghosh's medicines that leads to her illness. She has all the prescriptions and proofs that OCTAVE couldn't deny.
