oceanview beach house and cafe - Resort hotel in Virar - Palghar, India

I don't know what pathetic system these staff and so called receptionists follow after booking the premium deluxe room with 50% advance payment 20 days before, these people couldn't even provide us proper place to stay , just because of some previous bookings they had to cancel our booking last moment..and to compensate this disgust act they asked us to settle for a normal room which is not even in our standards . I don't know God knows how people go to this place and get a wonderful experience.. What a pathetic and nonsensical arrangements from the staff and also the nerve to cancel the booking almost last minute and because of this idiotic situation we had to search for some other property last minute. Ill suggest people not to visit such low standards property as these so called staff are very good with cancelling bookings of their clients last minute and make them hustle . Very very disappointing ..i wouldn't even prefer to give 1 star also to this place .

I was disappointed to find that the rooms depicted in the photos did not align with the actual rooms. The lack of cleanliness was evident throughout, with dirt and grime covering the bed, floor, curtains, and even the door. It was frustrating to encounter a non-functional TV, which only got resolved after we raised a complaint and they replaced the entire unit. On a positive note, certain services such as their prompt response to TV replacement and efficient food service were commendable. However, the persistent issue of uncleanliness in the rooms, along with a subpar complementary breakfast experience due to unclean plates, left me quite dissatisfied with the overall stay.

I recently visited the Ocean View Beach House and Cafe in Virar, and I have to say, it was an absolutely stunning experience. The property is conveniently located just 2 hours away from Mumbai, making it the perfect weekend getaway destination. The views from the beach house were simply breathtaking. The ocean stretched out as far as the eye could see, and the sunsets were nothing short of magical. I also loved wandering through the flower fields filled with sunflowers and daisies, which provided the perfect backdrop for some stunning photos. The open-air cafe was a true highlight of my visit. With its sea-facing location and delicious seafood dishes, it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the ocean views. The food was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The rooms at the Ocean View Beach House were spacious, well-maintained, and affordable. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and furnishings, which made for a truly comfortable stay. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. One of the things I loved most about the property was the availability of birthday and bride-to-be setups and decor. It made me feel like I was truly celebrating my special occasion in style. And for those looking for a romantic escape, the beach house also offers beautiful date setups that are sure to set the mood. Overall, I would highly recommend the Ocean View Beach House and Cafe for anyone looking for a relaxing, picturesque getaway. It truly exceeded all of my expectations and left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

My two day holiday from 10-12 june, was a nightmare with continous power cuts and the generator hardly working. I chose the 5000 per day room only for the views, but i spent two days sweating. Bedsheets seem to be never changed at all. Had ordered Chinese on my first day lunch which was a horror. Thank god swiggy delivery was available, we njoyd good food by ordering thru them. There is no mobile network for jio and Vodafone too. Contact numbers of boys for room service are not attended to by anyone. This place is good for the one hour type of couples, not for the decent types. The property is so tiny, it ends even before it starts. Don't know how they have managed 4.3 stars. The only plus point is they have their rooms touching the beach for which it's hyped so much. Rest is a nightmare. Good luck to all who will go there.

Beautiful place with friendly staff. Loved the ambience. Not much activities to keep you engaged though, so carry some board games along. Food was good too.

12th May cousin wedding. The arrangement, decorations was good. The rooms for Groom and Bride seems to very small and even FAN was running very slow. AC was ON but remote was not working to change temp or mode. Guest room same concern with FAN and AC.
