Oceanic stay Gokarna - Resort hotel in Dubbanasasi, Dubbansasi - Uttara Kannada, India

Naresh is very nice person and ready to accommodate facilities for us. Right from the booking he was very open, we wanted to extend one room as one of our kid was having fever. He helped us by requesting the customer to visit the room late in the evening. Room wise, it is a room with concrete on top and had two beds which can accommodate 4 adult easily. Two bathrooms were outside also, even we can use it which is neat n clean. Restaurant wise they have one, it is new and need to improve in-service. You have restaurant in the near vicinity. Location wise, it is on the Main beach so you have a nice Sun set view but little far from Gokarna bus stand, and other beach areas(where activities happens). you will get bikes for rent to roam around. When we went, in the main beach we had boating ride only.

We booked 2 separate rooms, but after reaching out there, they gave us 1 room only, which includes 2 families. This is not what we want but no option found. Pathetic communication issues with the hotel owners. Very odd checkin and checkout timings. Non cooperative staff. High price rooms with no proper service. Definitely not recommended

I would like to give this place a 5 star rating. The location of this hotel is on the brach itself when you open the curtain you see a beautiful sea view. The food quality is good, homemade food and most importantly the owner of this hotel is so friendly. They also have a inverter at that place so that's very convenient. They help you with everything from renting bike to arranging an auto in early morning. If you visit Gokarna then must stay at this place. Mesmerising experience

Very friendly people. The location is stunning. Only hitch was the room. Could have been cleaner and better. But they were exactly as shown in the pics. The food was served with love and was delicious. We has asked for vegetarian food. Though the food is at an extra cost it was very reasonably priced.

Excellent stay. as compared to some big names. this stay was unbelievably wonderful. The owner and his wife are very good. the lady is an excellent cook. the beach is just 60 steps away. Highly recommendcomfortable stay. beach very close. good food

The worst experience. Would loved to rate anything below 1 star. The owner is pathetic and zero responsibility on customers. Never ever choose this resort whatsoever.

The view from the balcony was great... The AC deluxe room was very clean and good in terms of facility.. The owner was very friendly.. The beach in front of hotel is not at all crowded.. overall... I recommend this hotel stay for family... had a nice experience

Awesome view from balcony can enjoy full day by seating there with cup of coffee and too helpful family with everything.
