owner behaviour nice . location also nice but some board should to fixed on road we have difficult to find out.guest room and second thing bedsheet was dirty

The rooms are spacious and had a outside lobby to seat and enjoy. Had proper ventilation, Bathrooms are good has hot water running as needed. Service staff was good and responsive. Best thing is it's proximity to Calangute beach, Baga Beach, Aguada Fort, Parra and situated at a place where has easy access to restaurants, medical centres, ATMs and souvernir shops.

Very Pathetic Staff... We booked this hotel for 4days and at the 4th day morning the staff asked us to leave this hotel. Because they got other booking over us and forced us to check out. When we talked to their owner his behaviour was so rough and rude. As we were with family we decided to leave this pathetic hotel and went to Mary's Inn nearby... Where we got good service and rooms.

First advantage of this property is it's rooms. Bigger and bright, well maintained. Walls are nicely painted. Bathroom has geyser 24hr hot water. This property has power inverter facility. TV has Tata sky connection. Mini fridge can be handy for your beverages. Overly bang for bucks.

One can see the real photos of dirty, damaged and stink property and then decide. I had booked this thru Agoda but I left the property immediately within an hour and got good property nearby on lower price. As expected I didn't get the refund. Be aware of this property and Agoda. The owner is different and it is run by someone else. You get confuse whom to call/complaint. No service, no quality, no parking, no satisfaction. Only disappointment, waste of money and time. I had sent a message to Mr. Khan (running the hotel business) on 11 Aug but as of now he did not shown a courtesy to ask the reason and apologies. Nothing worse than this property and Agoda.

The property is at good location in Goa, from where the beaches like Calangute, Candolim & Baga are nearer and almost at the walking distance. The Rooms are okay okay and services and facilities are limited.. However staff is friendly and serves a good assistance

hotel is situated on beautiful location very near to the beach. it is a calm and peaceful locality. Room is very spacious. staff is very nice and cooperative. hotel provides breakfast which is cleanly served and tasteworthy. the facility of mini bar is also available in the room. bathroom is spacious and clean. I enjoyed my six night stay here.

room are spacious with big balcony, also tried to provide big hotels style like mini baar...caretaker Nitesh was good in nature and helpful...it was a good property but the last 70-80 mtrs to reach property is not a Pakka road if you want a peaceful stay than surely recommended but car parking will be an issue
