Ac remotes are not provided if you book a AC room. The management has no answer for it when you ask them for the remote.
the worrrsssstttt resort in terms of customer service..i paid advance & later cancelled due to emergency. When i asked for the advance amount back they were not responding properly. At the time of paying advance they should have told that they wont return it & but did not say a word and now also i still did not get it even after multiple request...worst worstttt resort....pleeeassssseeee dont go there
Have visited recently on Saturday it was good stay but the ac was not working and no air at all coming from the ac some of the tap were broken other than that it was wonderful stay

Worst service!! Thr location is 7-8 km and the reseptionist gave me very bad indications!! "Close to the bank" -.- DO NOT EAT FOOD in the restaurant, we got food intoxication!
