The Owner is a very arrogant Kannada person rude with customers from other states. He intentionally does not speak English or any other language. Lastly, he does not know even a single thing when it comes to water parameters no education just randomly selling fish. There are many such stores in BLR who are in it just for the money and don't really care about their livestock. He's fooling new comers to the hobby thats it, Stay away from such crooked shops !
