Ocean View The Apartment Hotel - Service Apartment in Dabolim, Consua - South Goa, India

I stayed here for 4 days and spent 12k. But not received room service and management is worst and I don't know why they have the attitude. I asked for t time for room service but they never fulfilled. You won't get water bottle and you need to buy it from their restaurant which 30rs per bottle.

[ ] Fridge not working, not sorted out. [ ] Kettle leaking, not sorted out. [ ] Cupboards (all) had broken locks [ ] Breakfast timing starts at 810 am, but but no breakfast available even after more than half an hour. [ ] Denied room service. But seen room service for other accomodants. Double standard noted. [ ] In a tourist destination no house keeping service being provided only from 0930 am till 0600 am. Horrible! [ ] Restaurant closed for dinner on 16th. Got to know this at 850 pm when I reached restaurant with family. There was no notice or any sort of information whatsoever in any form. [ ] Restaurant was closed because of some irrelevant alumini reunion of so called NRIPT. [ ] Only 1 and 1 only positive us that the food is awesome. [ ] I really wish I could give at least zero star, if not minus five stars. [ ] First they gave room in block B which does not have lift on ground floor. After 2 day lift broke down.... Fortunately they gave us another room in block A which had lift till ground floor.

Nice place for family and friends.. Reception team very polite and gratitude oriented. Special thanks to HariOm Rathod ji for his managerial skills and proper handling of customers. Resturant slight on costly side. Quality of food is nice. Overall all staff are quite helping and respectfull. Housekeeping and clean environment inside room but need proper anti cockroach treatment at regular intervals. Hope next time my experience would be better than today. And Room freshners in passage, corridor and reception area. 7) Most important, Strong Wifi services to all Rooms.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Ocean View the apartment hotel, and my experience left much to be desired. I must say that I was thoroughly disappointed with the overall quality of service and the numerous issues I encountered during my stay. First and foremost, the lack of private parking space was a major inconvenience. Despite the hotel's claims of providing safe parking facilities, it was disheartening to discover that they did not have any dedicated parking area. This resulted in the need to find street parking, which left my car vulnerable to potential damage. Unfortunately, my fears came true, as my car was indeed damaged during my stay. To my dismay, when I approached the staff regarding the incident, they showed no concern or willingness to take responsibility for the damage. Their dismissive attitude only added to my frustration and left me questioning the hotel's commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. To add to my disappointment, the room lacked basic amenities, including cutlery for food. It was astonishing to find that such a fundamental necessity was overlooked. Mealtime became a challenge, as I had to either eat with my hands or search for alternative dining options outside the hotel. This lack of attention to detail and guest comfort was unacceptable and indicated a lack of professionalism on the part of Ocean View Residency. Furthermore, the air conditioning system in my room was far from satisfactory. Despite the soaring temperatures outside, the AC unit failed to provide adequate cooling. As a result, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, no action was taken to address the problem. The lackluster response further highlighted the hotel's disregard for guest comfort and their failure to promptly resolve issues. Overall, my experience at Ocean View Residency was marked by disappointment and frustration. From the absence of private parking, leading to potential car damage, to the lack of basic cutlery and malfunctioning air conditioning, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I strongly advise fellow travelers to explore alternative accommodations that prioritize customer service and uphold the essential standards of a reputable hotel. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Ocean View Residency based on its subpar service, disregard for guest safety and comfort, and unprofessional handling of complaints. It is my hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their standards to provide a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

Disgusting n Filthy hotel. The place is infested with bedbugs. Hotel staff is dumb n non co-operative. Bedsheets and towels were dirty and unwashed. Rooms have Stinky smell everywhere. It is the worst hotel i ever stayed. Don't book

Overall Decent! Rent was cheap, rooms leaked when it rained and there was a rattling noise (loose windows & doors) but still it was cheap so adjustable

I recently stayed at this hotel for five days and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean, making for a great night's sleep each night. The hotel also had a great selection of dining options, with a restaurant and bar on site that served delicious food and drinks.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a 2-room apartment which provided us with ample space. The rooms were decent, although not top-notch in terms of furnishings and amenities. One of the rooms offered a pleasant sea-facing view, which was a definite highlight. However, one aspect that left much to be desired was the in-room services. We encountered several issues during our stay, particularly with housekeeping. Despite multiple calls, it was disappointing to see that we had to repeatedly request room cleaning. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating and impacted our overall comfort. Furthermore, another major inconvenience was the absence of Wi-Fi service in the rooms. In this digital age, having reliable internet access is essential for most travelers, and the absence of this amenity was quite disappointing. Moving on to the hotel's facilities, the presence of a pool was a positive aspect. However, its unclean condition was disheartening. It seemed that the maintenance and cleanliness of the pool were not given much priority, which affected the overall experience. On a more positive note, the hotel's restaurant was a standout feature. The food served there was excellent, and I would highly recommend dining at the restaurant. The quality of the dishes and the variety of options available left a lasting impression and partially made up for the shortcomings in other areas. In conclusion, my experience at the hotel booked through PNB Holiday Home was a mixed bag. While the rooms were decent and offered a sea-facing view, the in-room services were poor, with delayed and inadequate housekeeping and the absence of Wi-Fi. The unclean pool was also a letdown. However, the redeeming factor was the excellent restaurant with its delectable food. If the hotel can address the issues with housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and pool maintenance, it has the potential to provide a much more satisfactory experience to its guests.
