There should be negative scores to rate this place.Calling this heap a hotel is an insult to humanity. The staff is very impolite and impertinent. And all travel.portals need to delist this joint to keep their credibility intact. The oaf at the reception is downright rude and chases away potential customers. Fire them if you want to survive in a highly competitive market.
Nice room it was very clean and hygiene. I liked the light setting in the room and the bed was soft and there was a TV which works sometimes and sometimes not...They have wifi connection which works sometimes
The place was 100% safe. Recommended for families as well. Staff members are well behaved and disciplined. It's at a prime location. Almost everything is at a walkable distance. Coffee,breakfast, lunch, dinner, pharmacy. Room conditions are good. It would be great if the daily cleaning is done promptly without being asked.

Room for the price is ok, but the dayshift staffs are very careless. Amenities were not functioning properly. Night staff were good. Everywhere it was written no smoking but we were getting smell of cigarettes and ganja near the exhaust vent. While booking they gave us discounts.
Rooms are good for the cost. Also hotel is there . If you order room service will deliver food to your room. South end circle is nearby metro station. From madiwala busstop room is about 15 min only. Easy reachable. Located in some accessible location. Room was quite calm. And service was good.
My stay was good the staffs were friendly, however the bedsheets not well washed the pillow cover not well washed. Their checkin checkout policy is the only thing that's good. Apart from that the cleanliness needs to improve a lot. If they work on the cleanliness am sure they'll business will improve. 3 start rating is only because of the staffs good behavior towards me.
