Ocean Spa & Salon - Spa in Margao, Benaulim - South Goa, India

Few days back I took pedicure service from Ocean Spa and salon. The experience was pathetic. Towels were dirty, seats were not cleaned. I ignored these things and took the service this is the biggest mistake I ever done in my life. Because it is a very dirty salon pedicure equipments were not sterlized they cleaned my nails and I now am suffering with nail fungal infection. I dont how this salon is even certified. I visited many doctors and everyone is saying this is only because of the pedicure as their equiments were not sterlized. I am so disappointed as doctors are saying that generally nail fungal take 1 year to recover and sometime there is no recovery chances too. Thanks to Ocean Spa & Salon. I request everyone who ever is thinking about taking manicure and pedicure services from this salon ask them to clean the equipments and try to check whether they have done it or not.

This spa is not good at all, and the price of 2300 is too high for a 50-minute massage. There is no massage at all; rather, only oil is applied with no pressure. The rooms are dirty and in pathetic condition. There are open electric boards and a broken wall, which was very low standard.

I don't remember the masseuse name but short lady.. She did deep tissue massage.. was very relaxing.. Thx

Visited ocean spa salon, done my hair coloured by the hair dresser nadeen salmani he suggested me colours according to my skin tone and it turned out really good. I loved the service they pampered me so well, even got me a coffee which was really tasty. The staff is so kind and friendly. Beautiful ambience, i visited the Colva branch, so if you're around Colva or Colva beach you must visit to pamper yourself.

sent my mother here on her birthday, and she came back with a smile so so big, I will never forget! The service was top notch, right from pick up.. yes I am talking door to door service. They had a valet pick my mother up and drop her back too. How cool is that!!? I would completely recommend this place, my mum says she had a splendid time, the massage was done so well and she was handled with utmost care. I am so happy you guys could give her such a special birthday! Thankyou

The spa in the hotel I was staying was not functioning, a quick search on Google suggested Ocean Spa with good reviews. I like to stick with Spa in hotels due to hygiene reasons so was bit hesitant. Made a call to check basis stuff and found the lady on phone (owner I think) quite helpful. Went for their signature treatment, the person who was assigned was quite experienced, asked about allergies and any special concerns before starting. Place was quite clean and well maintained. Will visit again if I get to stay in same area again during my future trip.
