Ocean Residency - Hotel in Colva, Vanelim - South Goa, India

Very poor status of rooms and breakfast they provide is useless and thankless.. Rooms are having lot of cockroaches all around and linens are pathetic. Only good part is that their Manager Ms Susmita is very enterprising and she only ensured some level of cleaning else we are planning to move out on same day of check in ..

We usually do not book hotels in advance, we prefer finalizing the stay once we reach at the destination. Decided to make an exception to it as we had a family member accompanying us and booked this via agoda. The experience was pathetic and we were honestly fooled by the photos. There is no wifi support at this place, it just connect and provide no network whatsoever. To make matters worse you won't get cell reception as well ao hotspot isn't an option either. We opted for complimentary breakfast and it was pathetic like a random parcel is sent to your room with some idlis / dosas. That's all. Not sure who put this hotel in 2 star category. It's not very close to beach as well and would definitely need a vehicle to go to the beach. Overall we had a disappointing stay here. You would find much better properties near to colva than this one in same price or even better.

Great place I mean seriously rooms were pretty decent, colva beach was only 10 mints frm there, n specially they got this beautiful lobby on the top of it where you could seat n chill drink beer n eat. Over all it was very good. Flat seasons offers was available in the month of may. Hope this helps

The stay was ok with the you pay. Manager their is so cooperative and property is located in a prime location where everything is available right from booze to super market, restaurants cafe's...etc. Overall it was pleasant.

Near to Colva beach this one is nice option. Well connected to local transportation /KTS. There is scope in improvement in services otherwise a good stay.

Stayed in 204 and its bathroom was smelling like gutter. Some kind of gas was leaking after each flush and overall stay became very unpleasant. After 2 days I got the similar size room 204 which was OK. Please don't book the room in this hotel as there is not many staff and only single person do the housekeeping, management and everything. You can imagine the situation. I asked them to refund the amount for 2 days but they denied and said we will give another room of small size. As that is the only option left. Fab customer care was also trying but most of the time they were passing the ball. After threatening to file the complaint in consumer forum I got the room another room. It is fab affiliated hotel still this is the condition. I stayed in bangalore fab hotel in silk road and hotel was fabulous there but here they charged for breakfast and didn't served it later refunded the bf amount.

Good and spacious rooms. Manager is very good and polite person. Breakfast was not provided though included my stay as their restaurant is under maintenance, but they returned money. Loved my stay here. Keep it up.

Had booked this hotel from agaoda, Stay was comfortable for the amount I had booked for. It is easily located for resturants and the beach
