I have second Visited for 1.Perygium Surgery for my father. Dr. Raminder Singh - Very experienced and humble doctor. Great cooperation from all the staff members involved. Ms. Dhruvi & Mahima co-ordinated very well and was very helpful across the visit there.Beautiful hospital which doesn't give one the feel of the hospital but service is top notch.

Beautiful hospital which doesn't give one the feel of the hospital but service is top notch. Very polite staff and everyone is well aware of there duty. It's very timely and efficiency based. Doctor is so polite and best at his profession that no question of second thought kr even a comparison or second view.
Dr. Raminder Singh is simple the BEST. The entire staff is so humble and co operative they made me feel so comfortable and cared. They even ask the patient for their favourite music so that they could play it while the surgery so that the patient feel relaxed that I didn't even realised that I'm having a surgery.
We got Excellent treatment and service by this Hospital. All Staff and Doctors nature are very nice and polite. Hospital infrastructure is just like palace, even anybody should visit once just see this hospital infrastructure and service.
Patient and his family member think that they should get expert doctor, cooperative staff with polite behaviour, cool atmosphere, etc but occura hospital is above that mark. They handle there all patients as a friend . And all this I am saying with my personal experience when I visit for check up.
Insurance department mislead patients, there is cashless facility even though they are taking money from patients with commitment that they will refund in 2 working days. But we just got full refund after 45 days after regourous follow up daily. Also Doctor suggested us to do operation with good lens, lateron he forgets and asked again that your eye is not working since many years, there were no need to install this expensive lens. There is good ambience but not worth if such inconvenience happened.
