Rooms are spacious with full amenities. It is due for renovation as the carpets are now smelly and electric equipments are outdated and noisy in few cases. Gym, Pooland Spa is the best. Food is good. Location is quite prime with all the happening joints around.

Very poor experience when staying with my family at the Oakwood UB City. They ruined my new suit in their laundry service and refused to acknowledge any responsibility for it, insistent that it was already ruined before it went to the laundry. This was extremely disappointing and poor customer service. Our apartment had very little natural light and hence was rather dark and dingy even with the lights on. The kitchens are not at all equipped, you'll need to bring your own hand-wash soap and kitchen cloths / towels. The key cards only seem to work once which resulted in having to trek down to reception several times per day to get it re-magnetised. Overall was a poor experience and disappointing value for money.

Amazing reception team. The rooms show their age but are very comfortable. One of my best sleeps on these beds, which is the most important part imho. The matresses are amazing. The gym is one of the best I have seen in hotels, all exercises can be executed in there, the staff is really helpful, there is water and towels provided. 24/7 gym for residents as well. Breakfasts are not exagerated, the offering is very satisfactory.

Stayed here for a business trip. Location was great, though at times the noise from nearby restaurants could be heard in the rooms. However they close at a reasonable time, so it was not a big concern for sleeping. Staff was very kind and helpful.

I stayed here with my family for over a week and have to say it's been a world of a difference since last year. The service has been quick, efficient and am impressed by the resraurant (Soul City) staff - especially the boundariless support from Divya towards families. Thank you! Location is great! But it's also a con as there was loud music through the night from nearby restaurants and bars. But the staff was helpful in moving and changing our room at 11:30pm. Liked our experience overall. The staff was good. Everything was clean. The sheets were good quality.

My in-laws stayed here during my wedding. They came to India the first time and they had a great impression as well as felt safe. They enjoyed the luxury appeal of the hotel, the amenities, the rooftop pool, the sauna, breakfast and the vicinity to great restaurants. All staffs were professional, polite and accommodating. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.
