Very poor service , they charged for everything.. It's better to visit a resort at least they will provide unlimited food. O2 villa charged extra per plate. No separate washroom, rooms are only 2 in one unit. Swimming pool Also not that much big.
The owner lady is very rude and didnot fulfill her promises on the menu. Despite paying extra for a meal did not provide a proper meal. She did not arrange the promised food, when warned for deducting money the staff there started requesting not to deduct money otherwise their renumeration would be deducted to the extent of the imposed fine. She even promised us with a menu but at the same time ordered her workers with less quantity and less items.
Photos of villa seem to be morphed. Villa seems very lavish however in reality villa is ordinary.There is lot of voltage fluctuations.Kitchen is not available inside.They are charging Rs 1000 extra for switching on gas. No tea, snacks service provided on villa. Basic amenities like TV, toiletries not provided in villa. For empty plates & washing of plates they charge extra RS 500. No service provided in villa even for opening, closing door of villa we have to get down from car. Two dogs which are not tied are roaming around hence children & everyone have to be extra vigilant. No attached bathroom for bedroom Washroom is very ordinary, wash basin not clean. No dustbin provided in washroom. Owner of the Villa is very arrogant.
Lovely and spacious villa. it has everything that is needed for a large group to enjoy. Property is quite widespread. It has big and clean Swimming pool. Best part was a separate music room with nice music system etc. very courteous staff who made our stay very pleasant and memorable. They made very tasty food as per customised requirement. It was a very nice experience.
It was wonderful experience to meet all my schoolmates after 47 years that to at 02 Villa. O2 Villa surrounded by mountains and lush greenery. Morning you can hear chirping sound of various birds Afternoon one can have mouthwatering delicious food both veg and non-veg. Food is really prepared not by hands but from bottoms of heart. So yummy and delicious. Late afternoon one can relax in nicely maintained clean swimming pool Either you can sip hot coffee or chilled Beer in swimming pool . Evening can have round around in fresh atmosphere with lots of pure O2. One can have party with Barbecue Chicken or Fresh fry fish ( Ultimate taste) Then can go for dinner of your choice . This villa is having rooms , where lots of people can accommodate comfortably, This is also nice to have togetherness with Dhamal. Nice to see all staff with smile and ready to help. This property is huge! Ideal place to visit for 10+ people. The bed arrangement is crazy, super fun! There's a dedicated space only for partying / dancing inside the property which has an insane music system! The pool is quite huge and clean. The food served was hot, tasty and the way we wanted it to be. Super co-operative people.
O2 Resort is a very calm, soothing and best place to be with friends. They have amazing decorated and maintained rooms. Food is served on order, food is awesome. Big swimming pool and clean water! Just one thing you need to take care of is drop all expectations, book your stay with friends and enjoy! This farmhouse gives you feeling of classic, vintage style stay! They also have DJ room. Liked it so much.
Amazing property with huge villa and swimming pool. Best part is the music room where you can enjoy music along with the dance floor. Very Well maintained place along with the caretaker who are available 24 hours.
