O2 Infinity Villas - Holiday apartment rental in Igatpuri - Nashik, India

Good hilly location easily accessible from the highway, they have chains of villas in this place so it feels safe. Can fit extended family of 25+ 5 children. They hav their own restaurant in their villas so ordering food was hassle-free. Food delivery was on time and delicious always. And the staff was really humble, the caretaker was very polite and supportive. Ample of parking space for 7 cars in basement. The open area beside the pool provides a nice space to hangout with family play games, dance and host some function. Good time to visit would be during end of rain and beginning of winter season. The place needs some maintenance specially the lights in room and color of rooms show some water seepage might have some leakage during rainy season

Best plsce to enjoy holidays with your friends and family's. We booked O2 Bliss Villa which is 4BHK. Villa is huge and well maintained. Equipped with Geyser in each bathroom,AC,Gas,Fridge,Oven etc. Has big swimming pool with seating area as well. Bluetooth speakers also available. We opted for food package which includes lunch,high tea,dinner and morning breakfast. Food was very good in taste and quantity. Staff is polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at O2 Villas.

Many washroom geysers and exhaust fans not working. Common washroom door has problem n my child got locked twice. Extra charge for extra person but many lights n fan not working. No balcony to get good view. Expensive compare to other villas. Not properly maintained. Many water leaks in hall area.

Pathetic place. Do NOT ever come here. Dirty bedsheets , stinking bathrooms , no drinking water in the room. They will not give bottles in the room and say you have to go and get water from the kitchen even in the mid night. Restricted food option. Not worth the money you pay. No one is bothered if the Customer is unhappy. The owner does not pick up the call. While taking money he followed up like crazy .

Disastrous Stay - Not as Advertised I'm compelled to share my recent experience at this bungalow, in the hopes of preventing others from falling into the same disappointing trap. While the online pictures painted a charming getaway, the reality was a stark contrast. Allow me to shed light on the various issues we faced during our stay. Misleading Appearance: Our family embarked on a short vacation at this bungalow, seduced by the attractive images we saw online. However, what awaited us was a series of problems that made our stay anything but enjoyable. Leakage Nightmare: The bungalow seemed to have a water leakage crisis, with drops coming from various spots. This not only ruined the aesthetics but also created an uncomfortable environment, constantly reminding us of the maintenance issues. Toilet Trials: In two separate rooms, the toilet flush became a recurring nightmare. It's beyond frustrating to encounter such a basic issue on a vacation. The lack of attention to such fundamental facilities is disheartening. AC Drips: As if the previous issues weren't enough, the air conditioning units in two rooms were dripping water incessantly. The constant wetness was not only bothersome but also raised concerns about the overall maintenance and hygiene of the place. Never-Ending Repairs: The purported vacation turned into a construction zone. Repairs and rectifications were ongoing throughout our two-day stay, robbing us of any semblance of privacy or relaxation. It was an intrusion into our precious vacation time that we didn't sign up for. Fridge Fiasco: Even the basic appliances weren't spared from the chaos. The kitchen fridge was leaking water, adding yet another layer of inconvenience to our already problematic stay. Silver Lining: The only positive aspect was the swimming pool view, which provided a brief respite from the string of disappointments. However, this single redeeming feature couldn't salvage our overall experience. Subpar Rooms and Amenities: The rooms themselves were shabby, contrasting sharply with the polished online portrayal. The quality of towels, bed sheets, and blankets left much to be desired, compromising our comfort throughout the stay. Final Verdict: Considering the litany of issues we encountered, I strongly urge anyone contemplating a stay at this bungalow to think twice. The enticing swimming pool view couldn't mask the array of problems we faced. The subpar quality of amenities, ongoing repairs, and the overall state of the bungalow marred what was supposed to be a rejuvenating vacation.

Location was good and the atmosphere was really nice but the property needs to maintain and there were leakage problems at the property flush was not working properly geysers were not working the bed sheets were smelling only looks good in photos but not worth paying this much for a day or two.

Awesome place to stay and enjoy. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. Food from O2's kitchen was very tasty at a reasonable price.

Awesome service, food, location and property. The helpers are always on their toes. Only thing I would like to suggest is if we can arrange a coffee or tea in the night if its ordered.
