Very bad experince of my life. Its worst then 1 star hotel. I will give 0 star to this hotel. Had a very bad experince of my life. One of the worst stay i ever had. Stayed in so many hotels but this was the worst hotel i have ever seen. Please go book this hotel its simple waste of money. Had very bad experince which are as follows 1- the staff use to enter directly in room by opening the door using the master key. 2- No house keeping staff were there. Had to clean the room of my own. 3- No hot water. 4- The comming from the tap was dirty. 5- No food of my choice only selected good was served. 6- No Wi Fi facilities. 7- No proper managment. 8- Rooms were not as per i taught. 9- Bathroom were dirty. Soon problem i had which i cant express. In future if the hotel offer me rooms in FREE also. Its gonna be BIG NO from me. Only one thing which was good was the Air condition which really made the room chilled.

I specially chose this because of the location fully well knowing that it has not received god reviews from other customers. May be because of this under-expectation, I was a satisfied customer this time. They attended to all needs quite promptly. The hotel build quality is good, all it requires is more energy into managing and maintenance. The furniture upholstery needs sprucing up or replacement. The attention to details was missing. The bathroom water flow into the drain on the floor has design problems, though the they were clean.

Good Business class hotel. Service is awesome, though the morning buffet was always the same as I had stayed for 3 days in there, either wise you can order the food from their restaurant (which is chargeable). Morning buffet is complimentary. Their lounge is the best I found as they have small book racks for novels and magazines which a book reader can enjoy.

I had a very very horrible and forgetful experience at this hotel. I have issues with the hotel and its staff. Goibibo and the hotel claim that it is a 4-star hotel, but it doesn't even come close to a 3-star hotel. The services, amenities, facilities and ambience are not at all of 4-star level. After seeing two rooms which were not good enough, I finally had to move into a room which had very poor lighting, ineffective air-conditioning, insufficient toiletries, and no 24-hours hot water supply! I had to call the reception for hot water in buckets whenever I wanted to bathe! When I complained to the hotel management, instead of apologizing, they gave the most unreasonable and *****arguments that the hotel is not 4-star, but 2 or 3-star (yes, they downgraded themselves!). They claimed that the hotel is newly constructed, under maintenance and after getting such heavy discounts on *****, guests shouldn't expect good facilities from this hotel. I have never seen more unreasonable, rude and disrespectful front desk staff at any hotel before. And I have no words for the staff/so-called-manager (Mr. Roy, if I remember correctly) who sits at the front desk. When I complained to him, instead of talking politely and apologizing for the pathetic services, he was blatantly arguing, shouting, acting wildly, misbehaving, and was so disrespectful when talking to ladies, that he doesn't deserve to even be employed there and talk to guests. He tore-off the bills and threw them, started shouting and took the argument to a very cheap, lowly and personal level. He even went to the extent of threatening us, as if the hotel is his own personal property and as if I stayed there free of cost. The hotel's own security and staff had to intervene to control, hold and stop this person from behaving in the mad and wild manner that he was. Even after I left the hotel, he called on my phone, arguing, threatening and faking up as an impostor. It's hard to believe how such a disgraceful, mannerless, unruly and foul-mouthed person has been employed at the front desk of a hotel to interact with guests, when he can't listen to a guest's genuine grievances and complaints patiently, let alone respectfully. I escalated this issue to Mr. Laxmipati from the senior management. He said that he'll call me back, but then never called me again. The hotel management must take strict corrective action against their unruly and disrespectful front desk staff at the earliest. **** and must downgrade this hotel's rating to 2 or 3-star, as the hotel staff themselves claimed that they don't have good enough services. I also urge ********to compensate/refund unhappy guests like myself, who have been subjected to such a horrible time at such hopeless hotels, because guests make payment upfront in advance, and then can take no action against the hotel or leave the hotel if the services and treatment rendered are horrible like this. I will never step in this hotel again, because it is a complete sham, and recommend fellow****to think twice and lower their expectations to a 2-star level before even thinking of booking this hotel. Better not expect much, rather than going with high expectations and getting tortured to another level. I am very annoyed with this hotel, primarily it's disrespectful staff ****. After such an experience, I will surely think twice before booking a hotel *******because their star ratings can't be trusted. PATHETIC. HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING. DISAPPOINTING. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.

I can't necessarily tell people to refrain from this hotel, because, as bad as it is, it's still manageable. Certain things that truly annoyed me is their service. I'd have to repeatedly call them for drinking water which just wouldn't show up. They keep a kettle and a cup in the room but don't provide you with coffee, tea or sugar. I called housekeeping and informed them that they hadn't stocked my room, they said they'd send somebody for it. They DID send somebody, he saw that there wasn't anything to make, said he'd come back with everything and I never saw him again. The hotel doesn't provide any shower gel or body lotion. The shower was broken and leaked the whole time. There's no water heater in the bathroom and I assumed that it would be centralised, except that I didn't get hot water even on one shower during the 4 days I stayed there. The bathroom has no partition for the shower, not even a shower curtain which means that everytime you shower, the bathroom overfloods. All the wooden surfaces in the room are worn out. They don't replace your towels when they clean your room, unless you specifically ask, in which case they may or may not come. Even the fresh towels are stained and dirty. The television barely has any channels at all. The keycards need to be re-registered to your room atleast twice a day in my experience. The restaurant is beyond horrible. The food is downright poor and nobody should be ingesting the nonsense that they serve you. But aside from everything, if all you have to do with the room is just sleep and use the bathroom when you wake up, it's a manageable situation for such cases. Don't come to this hotel if you expect comfort or service.

Business hotel right in the middle of the city. The rooms are big enough and spacious. The hotel is neat, clean and maintained well. They have parking space for a few cars right in the front of the entrance. Breakfast doesn't offer you much options, buy you do get bread, eggs, idly , dosa etc plus beverages. You can walk to Trinity road or MG road from here comfortably

This hotel is centrally located and in the proximity of most attractions in the city. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Samshad he made my stay comfortable and homely.Rooms are spacious. Finally thanking all the hotel staff who always tried to ensure a hassle free and comfortable stay. keep the same pace of service what you all have now... see you soon

most of d rooms were not occupied. v were der only for 2 nights as full day v went for sight seeing in mysore n bannergatth national park. rooms are excellent but 1st look at d hotel building is not so impressive. Also one has to wait for hot water. v have to keep open d shower for 10 min n only den u get warm water for bathing. staff members are cooperative. but one night they said they will call auto for us as v had to leave early. but v neighter got any wake up call n nor d auto so v had to wake up d boy n requested to get auto. he couldnt manage to stop any so v booked cab. upbreakfast was good. i guess i over ate that morning. good location. overall good exprience.
