O-PAW PET CARE CENTER - Animal hospital in Aluva - Ernakulam, India

i have been visiting this clinic for my cats recently. Heard about them from a friend. had only good experiences to share. the doctors were very interactive and really did take care of my pets well. i am really satisfied with the service here. I asked for the personal number of Dr.Chinju and she was very kind enough to clarify my concerns and doubts about the medications and further treatments. indeed a place i have trust on. usually i do not like those pet clinics in and around EDAPALLY. This place had been a saviour for me. no unnecessary medications unlike other clinics. this is from my personal experience.

This hospital is just a SCAM. Please take your furry friends elsewhere if that's an option. They're just money minting machines & you might end up loosing your pets. The grooming is pathetic, they don't sterilize their trimmers, or stick to the grooming you want. And oh! They are great at arguing. My cat is under treatment for about a year and half. They're just consulting & providing the same medicines. There's no recovery! Totally unprofessional service.

I was happy to spot a pet clinic near my place and went there to get medicine for ticks for my dog. It seems like a good place as many pet care products and medicines are available. But it was really annoying that there was no one at the front desk. There were many of us waiting in the front, but no one bothered to enquire about the matter. Noticed three staff there, but all three of them were inside attending (talking to) the same person. I understand that maybe they would have been treating a serious case or some other matter, but it would be great if there's a person at the front desk (someone solely for managing and alloting appointments) so that the visitors are not left wondering what to do or who to approach. Looking forward to visit the place again soon.

Poor response from the enquiry. Just for bathing they charge heavily. All others additional and even more, they ask us to call later for appointment.

Worst experiance.. I gone tgere for first time with my Golden retriever (1yr old) for bathing and grooming. The staff are not at all professional. As it was my dog i have to take care. I was handling the dog all the time. They dont even care about dogs feeling. Just want to finish the job. They treated the dog as a non living thing. And after bathing they didnt even comb the fur. And then refused to groom her. Also their bathing and grooming set up is too local..Too bad customer service.. Dont ever go to this place.. Its not a professional pet care...

Went there for sterilization. Good doctor, and friendly staffs.

This is the 1st time i am taking my pet dog to a private vet hospital. I had a great experience with O-PAW pet care. All the Doctors and the staffs (especially Nayana and Nikhil as i have dealt with them mostly. I forgot the name of Receptionist and the Senior Doctor they were also too good) are taking good care of the dogs and they are very gentle and Kind. My 3 months old puppy got leptospirosis and he was in a critical stage. But the treatments from here made his recovery so quick. With just 4 days of continuous treatment, my pet is almost back to normal condition. I think the fees charged is also reasonable. The only suggestion for the visitors is take prior appointments becoz they have many visitors at evng and also during the weekends. So you can avoid unnecessary waiting if appointment is taken in advance.

Really I appreciate the works and dedication of the staff. They are very well trained and caring. They care our pets like theirs. And also, their treatment is best. I will suggest this for everyone.
