O Nila Resort - Resort hotel in Mangalam R.F. - Tirupathur, India

Food was nice, but u have to go early.. if it's over, they will not cook again.. bluntly they will say it's over.. they have separate fridge for ice cream itself, still they will say no icecream.. two days we asked for volleyball net, they said no person to tie, this that , some reason.. we told we will tie by ourselves, still they didn't give.. in basketball court two rats were dead and they themselves don't know that n basketball they said no air.. for two days there was no room servicing.. place was quite, no mountain view or anything.. just ok ok type..

We went on a weekend stay with Family members. It's really a very good experience for us. The rooms are very spacious and feel privacy. Food was really good and the staff members are very well behaved and cooperative. Mr. Roy who is the Manager there is very professional and taking care of guests very well. The staff in the restaurant also very nice . They update us by calling from time to time for the coffee/ tea, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We had a good time spent with our family. We will recommend for our friends and family to visit this resort. They have a play area for kids as well as swimming pool also. Thanks to Mr. Roy for making our trip memorable.

Good one for family, basketball ground should be cleaned and maintained... same for table tennis room. Otherwise, pleasant and memorable stay

We went on family Trip and our experience was overall okay. Got a reference from friend of friend so booked with a little doubt. But felt really worth for money. We booked a deluxe room and it was good spacious one with by default add on bed for 3rd person/child. Private balcony and twin room balcony with separate dining table option are unique ones. Rooms were clean and tidy. But the bathroom door lock was not proper. Indoor games : swimming pool, big children play area, lawn with projector option for group gathering and team events available. Breakfast was really good but lunch and dinner menu was not that great option. Limited covered car parking available. Check in process was smooth but No GST bill offered. Surprisingly no bill (even without GST) shared! Don't forgot to get the sealed pamphlets from reception while check in to avail 10% discounts on the must try parks and adventures activities for which Yelagiri is famous for. Overall memorable experience at affordable price.

Well maintained Rooms, Swimming pool, kids play area. Complimentary breakfast is good. Only thing is need to improve room service. Lack of service. Other than this everything is good.

We booked the place after reaching there.Its ab awesome experience..resort is big, has walking space, playing area and swimming pool.. Whole place is surrounded by trees..if u r lucky u can even see peacock.. You wont regret staying there.

I went there with family of 6 for a weekend stay for relaxation. The place is good but not well maintained. The service is pathetic with most uncooperative manager Mr Joy who gives a justification for every lapse in service. Most unbecoming for a hospitality industry. They hv shuttle court but even to get the racquets u hv to repeatedly ask the service staff. Food is ok.but every other service is very poor. Rooms hv not been inspected for any repairs. Becoz of the unprofessional attitude of the manager all staff r also trained to be uncooperative and provide any basic service also only when asked even though we hv paid for everything. Would not recommend to anybody. Pl think twice before booking.
