My stay at the O hotel was great. I really liked the service and the amenities, including the pool and the breakfast. I especially liked the attention and the kindness of the crew. I went to Addah - The O hotel restaurant for my husband's birthday dinner. It was a good experience overall.
Their staff Krishna was serving to us and he was very generous and kind to take care of our requests.He also offered complimentary ice-creams to us on the occasion of my husband's birthday. Such a sweet gesture it was!
Everything is good except the food options (super expensive)
Absolutely ridiculous experience. Arrived at 11am and requested for an early check-in. They denied, I accepted given that it is a weekend. I requested to have the room at least 30 mins in advance (1:30 PM). Said they cannot accommodate whatsoever. At least 10 people checked in before me despite me arriving the earliest. I had to raise my voice and suddenly they had a room available. Especially rude staff member Nikita.

Came here for the first time post covid, and the quality has dropped. They've made some changes that has affected the breakfast experience. The breakfast spread is small, average quality and the place is cramped up. The rooms are good. You should skip the breakfast and try some of the Irani cafes around the area.
