O Chai - Tea house in Lahowal, Athabari Gaon - Dibrugarh, India

We got only one staff in the dhaba area as he was taking orders, serving the food, cleaning the table and also giving us the bills not only in our table but also doing the same in two or three tables....so the food we ordered gets little late....the food and the surroundings were okkk as it has also the cafe area....

4 stars exclusively for the ambience only. I ordered a black tea which was average. Overpriced. Whereas in all other restaurants and cafes the MRP is inclusive of the tax, here they are adding 12.5% tax twice over and above MRP which is ridiculous and cheap means of making extra money. Doing this way they lose the credibility of customers as the menu card displays a specific rate and the final bill is charged higher. Recommended to visit as it has got a refreshing ambience.

We always have a great time there! The place is pretty and the service is top notch. We mostly only snacked there but everything we had was good!

The Pizza was good but not the Chicken Biryani.. Ambience and service are good

Prices are on the higher side. Manager is rude and unwelcoming. However the ambiance is great. Food is also satisfactory. Service needs a lot of improvement

Dropped in for a hot cup of black tea with my friends and the place is pretty cozy & cute The service is average cz for even a cup of tea, they took more than enough of time; well having said that, it would be bad to not mention of the open space they provide for a casual sitting with friends or dear ones & one can even have the luxury of flavoured hookahs, different beverage & snacks too! The restaurant also has an option for buying different tea mainly Assam tea nicely packed. Other options may include flavoured teas too in cute tin boxes one of which I fetched for myself. Over-all, a good place to hangout with friends
