I want to share my recent experience with the hotel's staff, and it's safe to say that it was far from satisfactory. My family and I had planned a trip that involved a grueling 15-hour flight from Doha, and we were eagerly anticipating a comfortable stay at the hotel upon our arrival. Before our trip, we explicitly requested a single room to accommodate my family. However, upon our arrival at the hotel, to our dismay, the hotel staff informed us that the single room we had requested and discussed was not available. Instead, they insisted on providing us with a double elite room, even though this was not what we had discussed. The situation was deeply frustrating. We had communicated our needs clearly in advance, and it appeared that the hotel did not acknowledge or honor our request. Furthermore, the lack of empathy or understanding for our condition after such a long flight was truly disheartening. It felt as though the hotel agents did not prioritize our comfort or well-being. In the end, we had no choice but to leave, but the entire experience left a sour taste in our mouths. When guests make specific requests, especially when they've communicated them well in advance, it's only fair to expect that those requests are acknowledged and honored. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our stay, and it greatly affected our overall impression of the hotel and its staff.

Pleasant enough hotel which is convenient for downtown Trivandrum. Hotel is clean and serviceable, if a little dated. Staff friendly and helpful. The food is excellent; breakfast selection is good but not over the top, with options for everyone. The evening buffet is great - plus they served starters to us in the bar which is excellent service.

Close proximity to Lulu mall which is a noteworthy location for all tivandrumites. The luxury of entrance and buffet area is stunning to be enjoyed. Car parking may be a cause of problem when on rush hour business. It is a business hotel.

Decent hotel. Love the breakfast venue that face the greens and the pool. Great view and very relaxing mood. Location of hotel is also good. It is less than 10mins walk to LuLu mall which you can shop or dine there. Security in the hotel is also adequate. Not too elaborate, but just enough to feel safe. Only thing to note is that hotel serve drinks is glass bottle. Not those bottled water that you get from supermarket. Staff are friendly and they do bother to read your feedback and aim to improve any areas that they can. Good work on this.

I visited this place to give a talk in a conference. So, I haven't seen the rooms. The meeting room was modern, pleasing and very good. Acoustics was excellent. Stage setting very good. Presentation hardware functioned great with no glitches. The support team was very competent. Buffet lunch was delicious. The "OUT" gate was kept closed for unknown reasons. They use the "IN" gate for exit as well and it is a little tricky to get out without the help of multiple security staff who are there to help. A less ambiguous floor markings could be better for customers.

Excellent place for buffet. Price on a higher side but worth it. Spread is really good. Keeping quality every time. Nice ambience. Excellent service. Highly recomended for those who are looking for a buffet.
