It was a really bad experience on advance booking. I had called up and enquired about the rooms prior to admission on 26/8/23. They had called me back and assured a/c room , when I reached there the receptionist told that there is no a/c rooms available and my booking is not marked . Later I had show the call history and call back to the same number inorder to prove that they had called me back for the same. This was kind of room ( room no 201)they had provided. The bathroom was worst than a public toilet..The shower is tied with a plastic rope, there was live roaches in and around. No telephone connection and tv too. You will have to run here and there if the patient is in distress as the telephone is not available ( nursing station and labour room).on continuous request I could upgrade my room. The best thing is the quality of nursing staff and the service they provide. Each service they provide will charged separately at the end apart from the nursing charges. Eg : i/m injection, canulation charge,etc Management should ensure the quality of services they provide.

The staff was very caring and attentive, and the doctors were very knowledgeable and experienced. The hospital was clean and well-equipped. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for a high-quality and affordable maternity care.

It's not a hospital it's a human slaughtering mafia. I have visited this hospital for my wife's pregnancy related treatment. 3 days before delivery date I have checked the cost of same. Then in insurance section staff mentioned billing will be minimum 72000 for normal delivery, and it may escalate if some complications happens in normal delivery itself, which is skyrocket price for a normal hospital with normal facilities and infrastructure. The section staff are ruthless and not at all empathetic to customers. Also they need patients to go out without any negotiation and consideration. The dept had a lady and man officers to handle customer both of the are useless and don't have any communication skills. They mention hospital policy like this and that. Latter using my personal contact I could manage to do it in mother hospital olari in short notice. With all cost together it came upto Rs 42000 only. If you are going pls make sure to ask cost of treatment there, they will confuse you by telling medicine brands and all which now all common man understand. No more cheating to be tolerated. If I don't have contacts and capability to shift to another hospital in last moment my money could have been looted by them.. They mention it's a premium mother and kid care hospital but once you go and see things you will understand there is nothing special there except slaughtering price and bills. My advice to good doctors are don't practice in this hospital you will loose your value and morality working in such devil organization

Zero professionalism by Dr. Jasmine. Came late by more than 30 minutes for a shift which is only one hour and then seeing patients in an order which is based on self preference and, in turn keeping patients waiting who had arrived before others...pathetic attitude as well

14.05.2023 I had a very pathetic, disrespectful and painful experience as a patient. I'm a 39 weeks pregnant woman who went to nyle hospital yesterday for my c section delivery, which was scheduled today. The previous day I had even called them up to check the room availability and they said rooms are always available and not to worry about it. When I went for admission, they could only provide me with a bed in the female ward. They were terribly irresponsible and careless. They weren't even sure about when would a room be available. They said even after the surgery I will have to continue in the ward with the newborn until they don't know when!!!!! I found myself so helpless not knowing what to do in this last moment. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone I know !!!!

Nyle hospital is specialized for Childs and for the womans. This hospital provide good and proper treatments. The hospital takes preventions meassures for all kind of diseasses. The doctors are very educated and have experienced. They care the patients with very good behavior and with good treatments. Medecines are also available from the hospital. The doctors and nurses and the all other staffs are very lovable and give good caring. There is a small play are for the childrens. Equipments for the new born babyes are also available from the same hospital. Ambulance services are available... but some times the behavior of the management was slightly bad. And the hospital is little bit costly. Parking facilities are available. Good and healthy foods are availbale from the canteen placed on the hospital compound.

Need to improve the system a lot

One of the better private hospitals in the area Prices are a little on the higher side, but the facilities are worth the money
