Finally got the Too Faced green eye pencil which I have been looking for since a really long time!! Loved the staff there! Special mention for Kaushiki for being so cooperative and excellent with her work!! For a person like me who is not a make up person , she kept me engaged with explaining about different products and brands with her ever lasting smile and zeal! Would surely visit again !

Such a bad experience, will never step foot in their store ever again. Wanted to buy a simple pink lipstick, straightaway the guy started showing expensive MAC lipsticks. Didn't even suggest any affordable brands himself. Had to ask him specifically to show nykaa mattes as well.The women were just standing in the store not helping. The guy looked totally clueless. The cashier tried to make me buy full size lipstick worth 2k just for a 2ml pouch of free serum. I was in a hurry and completely regret buying from them and not going to another store for something more affordable. Seriously never going there again. With the number of negative reviews here, I wonder how they are still open.

I bought 3 lipstick, did check before keeping it in bag as I always trust nykaa but no one shouldn't trust store .. they gave me 2022 manufactured lipstick.. the expiry was 2024 so i was like ok no problem but when i applied it. My lips started hurting ,i got red marks ,dry lips .. horrible experience

Terrible Customer Service.They won't listen to the customer's requirements and try to impose expensive products to increase their sales. The girl was constantly trying to push and make us buy expensive brands. On top of that they don't provide details of the offer and pretend that there is an offer - Please check what you pay before paying and make sure the offers are applied while billing that they talked about while you were selecting products. The display screen for the customer to see the price of the products that were getting billed, was hidden with some offer pamphlet. I felt the way they deal with customers with lack of basic values is worst thing to face.

Worst experience ever, wasn't expected this kind of rudeness and judgemental staff from such a big brand. Pathetic girl who attended, she was not ready to listen to our requirements and just trying to pitch and humiliate. Its not that we cannot afford. I had a list of items i wanted to get but after seeing her attitude I really felt like cancelling the entire order. She was just standing and trying to pass comments on my selection and was trying to judge and make fun of clients there. Have a small suggestion to these brands when you get such known brands please try to hire people from reputated places and not such staff what you currently have. Or just teach them some hospitality otherwise you guys won't stay in market for long.

Dont believe sales people there they sell open and expired product . if you ask them budget product they will say they dont have it. Even working on nyka shop they said nyka products are useless and try to sell old near to expiry product and on returning they dont support. As new person dont trust them just go and pick the product which u use dont ask or take advice they are doing bluff to customer . I got all used and open product which i realised late. #paise ped me ni ugate . Hire got staff not fancy. lomdi ni rkho

I had purchased so many cosmetics from Nykaa store Bhopal. My experience is very good. Miss Mohini assisted me n she helped me for buying my makeup. She is very humble n sweet.

the experience this time was horrible. One of the worst, rude and uninterested staff. First they really dont wanna sell the products as I can see a fresh piece of the product but the sales person told me its not there!! Also with Covid19 they should really maintain hygiene. The whole staff doesn't treat you well. Nykaa you should really keep good people who are committed and trained not the ones who leisurely spend some time chit chatting, judging, misbehaving with customers. also, the fact that they do not provide a cleansing balm or lotion ad rudely direct you to the station in the midst of pandemic is not well thought. Either one should provide or there should be some station where we can pump the lotion out for cleansing without much contact.
