Nykaa Luxe - Cosmetics store in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I've moved to nykaa completely for my purchases. It's easy on the app and has almost everything you need. However I needed something specific and decided to visit the Powai store and staff ( not the salesperson) is not only impolite but also not helpful at all. Had a hard time with returns and despite of making me wait for 45 mins and it being their fault in the first place they behaved very poorly.

Most impolite staff I've ever experienced. i second the other negative feedback on rude & impolite behaviours. Russell the store manager has extreme confidence and requested me to put his feedback on the post. Nothing against Nykaa as a brand which is doing a great job, the store needs to learn some manners. No wonder it was empty on a Sunday.

Visited the Powai store in June Wk2. Impressed with the ability to understand specific requirements, not push products but engage, make useful recommendations. Good range, courteous and knowledgeable advisors, pleasant interactions and a well laid out store. 5 stars!!

Harshita and Reham are really amazing in their service. They are helpful and cater to every customer so well. Despite the overwhelming rush at the store, these two girls managed to steer through a rough and overloaded morning with grace. Given the nature of the job, where it takes time to select products and try makeup etc, I saw them giving time to each customer for almost twenty to thirty mins. Kudos to these girls!

Very bad sales person. Rude and frustrated taking it out on customers. I went to this store to buy a gift for a colleague at 11.45 am on Wednesday morning. I spent 10 mins looking for a product. There were only 2 sales girls at the time one of whom helped me in the initial 10 min. When i couldnt finalize a product i politely asked can you please bill me a gift card. The other lady who did not even cater to me (reshma ) blasted stating there are more customers waiting for billing in a very rude tone. To note there were no people at the counter. There was someone from TOI who immediately told her she is being very rude with me which she was indeed. When i told her shes not behaving appropriately she said what do u expect me to do?? Fo u want me to apologize???? I am sorry but i did not go to the store to listen to this. I immediately went to forest essentials on the opposite foot and got my required gift vouchers. If ur executives are rude to customers u loose business!! You have a morning rush hour u get more guys. Not shout at customers! Very bad - better order online While i read some other reviews- i dont think i am the only one who faced this

Very rude staff don't cater to your requirements busy in their own make up least interested in selling a product they close before time and extremely arrogant and argumentative staff in the sake of policies they themselves are the one to break it not courteous at all

Shahid helped me pick out the exact shade of the concealer and compact I needed, also gave me a complimentary gift. Loved their service.
