Nykaa - Cosmetics store in Mangaluru - Dakshina Kannada, India

"I had a wonderful shopping experience at NYKAA. The store's layout is inviting, and it's stocked with a wide variety of high-quality cosmetic products. A staff named SUZIE assisted me,The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect products for my needs. What impressed me the most was their commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, especially during these times. I left the store feeling confident in my purchases and will definitely be returning for all my cosmetic needs....

I've always had a good experience at Nykaa store as most of the staff were good. And the only reason I give 3 stars. But My last visit the staff Sudarshan, was very disrespectful. When my daughter asked him to show another shade of lipgloss. He threw away the product into the drawer which was very insulting. Not a pleasant experience at all.

This is not my first visit at Nykaa mangalore ( forum mall). The first many visits were very pleasant and really good. I am a regular nykaa customer ( I buy through app too). Today, however was the worst experience for me. When I entered the person working there was very cold. When I asked for help, she didn't even bother and instead asked me to go check myself. I just didnt buy anything at all after that. I don't really go and give bad reviews, but I feel nykaa should make sure to hire people who are customer friendly and polite.

Very bad experience, worst experience ever received from a sales boy. I tried two shades from nykaa and later decide not to buy them while I was leaving the store suddenly the sales boy at nykaa rudely asked me to remove the lipstick from my lip because I'm not planning to buy them. I decide not to do what he said. He was compelling me to remove the lipstick and refused me to leave without removing the lipstick. Very uncomfortable, disrespectful staff service. At nykaa, city centre Mall, Mangalore

Nykaa store in mangalore have good range of products. I had a great experience shopping here. One of the staff- suzie have helped me, excellent Customer service and good knowledge regarding the products and was extremely helpful. I am very happy with the service.

Had placed an order from outside the country for a friends birthday. Very quick response and they helped me very well s as it was a last moment thing. They even delivered it. 10/10
