Best Gym ever I found. Good trainer,good and sufficient gym equipment with proper maintenance, Good Gym Location, affordable fees.Good training environment. -trainer is very experienced and helpful,trained properly even though u r beginner in the gym, tell all factors about fitness( like diet plan ,supplements,workout(form,Different techniques),injury free workout etc).
Trust me... One of the best gym in dhurwa region. it's been more than a month and it helped me out to let my insecurities fade away. Trainer bhaiya is Awesome with very polite and friendly behaviour whit everyone....well furnished with all equipments ,this gym is a great choice for people living near by in HEC DHURWA .... price is decent and reasonable...all need to fixed that it lacks ventilation and has a very unpleasant odour indide,so if you are a very tidy maintenance person who is concious about takiness then this is not for you...ELSE IT IS A GOOD OPTION FOR OTHERS.
Best fitness center under budget in this locality. Trainer/ owner behaviour is really humble and kind and surely his guidance is best. You'll get good vibe working out here also safe working environment for girls. Overall it has been great experience working out here.
